We’ve been searching for sofas for months but no sales assistants from the big branded retailers such as Camerich, Natuzzi, Bo Concept, etc, were able to come close to the customer service offered here!

We visited the “Sofas by Saxon” Chiswick showroom, and were really pleased with the advice Amanda provided. She was really patient, listened to what we were after, kept us informed of the options and made recommendations based on our needs.

She was able to give very honest answers about how long we should expect the sofa to last, how they make the sofas, explained the opportunity to make adjustments to the seat cushions to ensure they were right for us, etc.

Once we ordered the sofas, there was clear communication throughout. I was pleased to find the company even sent out the chosen sample fabrics when they began making the sofa to confirm the choices we’d made. They also offered minor adjustments to ensure the 2 different sofas we picked complimented each other.

The order was delivered on the agreed date by Chris and Steve who were bubbly and chatty after a journey down from Bolton!

Thanks to everyone at the Lovely Sofas/ Sofas by Saxon team for making it a positive retail experience for us.

As long as these hold up, we’ll be back for more next year to help kit out the remaining rooms.

From start to finish the whole service was second to none! I travelled from London to the show room and I was not disappointed. When the sales assistant was sitting on the floor surrounded by fabric books getting just as excited as I was I knew I was in the right place! No pushy sales - just someone who wanted me to take my time and not rush into making a decision. I was kept informed every step of the way prior to delivery. The delivery was also extremely smooth... given the tight space the guys had to negotiate to get it inside they didn’t moan they just got on with it and did it all with a smile. The process was fab but the sofa....... AMAZINGGGGG!!! I am over the moon with my purchase and would recommend to anyone. Please be reassured you are dealing with the highest skilled craftsmen and you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You!!!

Gorgeous couches at an excellent price. Very well made, they look fantastic and are very luxurious.
I had my choice of couches down to two (Linda and Scarlett) but couldn't get to the showroom to see them as I live too far away. I emailed several times and had the staff comparing the two couches for practicality, comfort and seat depth, nothing was too much trouble. I went for the Scarlett in the end as I figured I could flip the seat cushions round should we have an accident with food, juice, scissors, glue, etc (5 children).
Lady on the phone was lovely too and very helpful.
Lots of people comment on my couches and the fantastic colour - Clever Velvet in Amalfi Turquoise.

This is my second purchase from Lovely Sofas. Helpful, friendly staff, smooth order and delivery process. Lovely quality leather and very well made bespoke loveseat and footstool- very pleased and would definitely recommend.

We Travelled from Cambridgeshire to Bolton to look, try them, and pick a Sofa. When we looked locally there was nothing with a Wow factor.
Try walking into The Saxon Sofa showroom, Amazing we spent 4 hours there being Very well looked after, in all ways, advice, suggestions, you find your style, the size the covering and there is more than enough to choose from plus they where Excellent like no other Sofa shop that we had ever been too, no Pushy salespeople it is Your Decision and we walked out with our Dream Sofa..
you have a waiting time while the items are being made, communication is excellent not pushy they tell you what you need to know, and then by magic Delivery Day is announced,
The Delivery Team are just as Dedicated it is your Sofa and it is looked after like it is their own, so pleased with the Delivery Team, and it was over in 30 minutes..

I don't normally write reviews but I just received my order from Lovely Sofas ysterday and we are over the moon! We ordered a Frankie 3 seater sofa in a bespoke size. From the outset, the customer service was impeccable. At one point last year, I decided to cancel the order and they were so nice and refunded me in full without any quibble. Then I decided to go ahead with my order before Christmas and they kindly honoured the first price which was cheaper. I am so impressed with their customer service and quality of their sofa.

Very good buying experience. Enjoyed a factory tour and conversations with the people who make the sofas, looked at various leathers in the piece. Looking at various options in the showroom changed our choices overall the visit was very worthwhile. Sofas delivered on time as specified and delivery team were very helpful. Hard to improve on this really

Great customer focus and excellent service!

I very recently took delivery of a medium sized Emily sofa from Lovely Sofas. From placing the order, up to and including delivery, the service I have received has been excellent. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly, very efficient and ensured that any questions I had were answered promptly and satisfactorily. The finish and craftsmanship of my sofa is superb and the delivery guys were brilliant, ensuring they took the greatest care when bringing the sofa into the house and locating it in the room. I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Sofas.

Truly great personal service from start to finish. I had a single point of contact throughout (Andy) who was fantastic, professional, efficient with a great attention to detail. He even followed up a query on his day off. The sofa was delivered by two amazing delivery guys who went 'above and beyond' to get this very large sofa into my apartment - they too were friendly, efficient and professional. I am really pleased with the product itself - high quality workmanship and great design. I'm currently in the process of ordering a second sofa from Lovely Sofas.
