Steve Perberdy from Parker Knoll came out to look at our 6 month old suite which had started sagging at the edge. Steve was courteous and very professional. He stripped the seat back and replaced the padded cushion and did not leave until we were totally satisfied with his work. Great job Steve and thank you.

Long lead time for items manufactured in Uk. Its same as ordering from overseas.
Single settee i wanted control panel on the left hand side[ for heat and power reclining]. Was advised this option is not available. Yet on my two seater large settee there is control panel on both sides

After 10 months old , the back cushion of the reclining chair cover split . I contacted the company where we purchased the suite from about the problem who in turn contacted Parker knoll . They called us and gave us a date to carry out the repair . Robert Green ,the service engineer called us on the day and arrived on time to carry out the work . I expected him to just remove the cover and repair or replace it . He actually fitted a complete new back . I am really pleased with the service that they have provided and Robert was very pleasant whilst doing his job .

Had Rob to look at a couple of minor issues on two chairs. He arrived nice and early, very pleasant, resolved the problems and left us with a smile 😊. Wish more people in retail were as pleasant, well done 👍

We love our new leather suite.

We bought a Parker Knoll suite from a company with electric recliners 2024. Very poor quality, insufficient padding in seats and back rests, foot rest not like any other ever owned it sits too low, material wears really fast on backs, the whole suite has insufficient padding I sink into the chair seat far too much and am only 9 stone, my husband is heavier and his chair is falling apart only 2 years old and already replacing the whole suite a total waste of a lot of money. Had to request a repair within weeks of purchase because the sofa seats sank to one side on the large sofa, they claimed it was our fault because we are supposed to only sit in the centre of it not sit to the side, are they serious, that is where you reach for the recliner buttons and wheres arm rests are who even sits in the middle of a large seat unrelaxed in my opinion most people lounge on a sofa to relax? Padding was increased on the sofa seats after I dealt with it through the shop where we purchased it but told we could not claim again? Would not recommend them to anybody.

Robert Green ( service technician) visited today to correct some minor flaws on my new sofas. Very polite, helpful and did an amazing job. Very happy 😃 Please pass on our thanks to him

The help I received in finding replacement feet for a Parker Knoll armchair was extremely helpful and also very prompt. They were able to source the feet which were a perfect match. I certainly was impressed with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Well made, quality furniture

I bought 2 recliners in June . Love the chairs ,very comfortable. Unfortunately ,the material at the foot stool tore . To say I was extremely upset is putting it mildly . On the upside ,you are replacing the chair for me .

Contacted the Company about a 14 year old arm chair we have as the brass castor wheels had become lose and fall off anytime we move it and wasn't sure if they could help due to the age however, they were able to offer me replacement parts.

Customer Services were polite and helpful.

Rob arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with our chair and fixed it. He was pleasant and efficient and ensured our floor was protected while he worked.

Really well built, super comfortable, leather, recliner chair….. what’s not to like ?

Had a knocking noise from one of our settees. Retailer contacted PK who came out to take a look. Had a visit from Rob Green who inspected and sorted out in no time. He was knowledgeable friendly and professional - one of the old school! Glad we chose PK.

I dealt with Jack Harris, Customer Resolution Specialist, regarding a problem I had with 3 of the 4 front legs/castors of my two Burghley sofas. Jack was amazingly helpful and very promptly arranged for me to have 4 new front legs with castors dispatched to me.
The service I received, from when I first contacted Jack up until receiving the new legs was excellent from beginning to end.
I am delighted to have this resolved and to have 2 sofas which now have smart, functioning legs and castors. Jack's help has been much appreciated.
The delivery service was also excellent. Very prompt and with the contents very well wrapped for protection.
