After applying for a job on a careers site, I was "taken on" to the company and throughout 2 vacancies with various levels of interview I spent more time contacting and chasing the consultants than they reached out to me.
Asking for updates, following up a week later, and then getting a reply 3 days after that with not even acknowledgment never mind apology. If "communication" is a strong skill to have, I question their claims to have any.

If you choose to work with them, be patient, have a sense of humour.....or ideally avoid.

A disappointing experience. This company needs calling out.

If you're a job seeker or an employer considering using their services, I strongly recommend thinking twice. I applied for a role over two weeks ago and have made multiple attempts to follow up, including polite emails and a voicemail. I’ve received no response whatsoever. Not even a basic acknowledgement from the Recruiter (Becky).

This isn’t just poor communication, it’s a complete lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time and effort. Recruitment is a people business, and this is not how you run one.

Where's the courtesy? Where’s the love! Shame on you guys.
