Fantastic service!
Ordering our doors online was easy and simple with clear details and specifications.
Delivery was extremely quick and the doors were securely packed.
Traffic at the moment is terrible so our ETA was delayed, but LPD and courier contacted me to inform me of the delays and were very apologetic.
The delivery person was really jolly and friendly on arrival.
The whole experience was fantastic and will be ordering from LPD again in the future.

Lies and broken doors
Round one: Doors ordered through Doors to Floors, supplied by LPD, arrived broken. Waited weeks for a replacement that should have been checked before ever leaving the warehouse.
Round two: Missed deliveries, incorrect stock, and shifting explanations about what was “actually available” versus what had already been sold to us.
The supplier then confirmed three times that everything would arrive on Tuesday.
Tuesday: no doors.
Wednesday: no doors.
Thursday: still no doors.
Friday update: door arrived broken.
At this point, I’m not sure whether we ordered doors or accidentally signed up for a logistics horror story with weekly instalments of disappointment.
Doors to Floors and LPD’s combined approach seems to be:
Promise → take money → deliver broken goods (if anything) → miss delivery → contradict previous update → deliver broken products repeat.
Even more telling, LPD’s own reseller reportedly described the excuses being given as “lies” — which honestly says everything you need to know about the communication and accountability in this chain.
If you enjoy broken deliveries, constant delays, and being repeatedly misled by multiple parties pointing fingers at each other, then this is the perfect setup for you.
Otherwise, avoid Doors to Floors and LPD entirely and buy your doors somewhere that actually delivers what you paid for.

Good product, prompt delivery. Only niggle was quite expensive delivery charge added right at end of checkout after filling out forms. Bit tacky really. Total cost not bad tho.

My delivery was not on the map.
My delivery was not on the map.
The link showed me that I would be third out of three on the docket to be dropped off.
Anticipating the obvious problems my location may cause, and because the link showed how the OTHER deliveries were going, I preempted and called the number supplied and through it was able to have the driver contact me when he was close so as to help him with my actual location.
I had the impression that the chap on the office number knew his job, and this made me rest easy. And lastly, close to the delivery time, I received a call from the driver, thus enabling a difficult delivery.
Recommended. Both individuals, and the system used.
