I had a very disappointing experience with lucky wins Online Casino. The platform looked appealing at first, but after signing up I ran into several issues that made me lose confidence in the service.
The withdrawal process was much slower than expected, and communication from customer support was inconsistent. It often took a long time to receive responses, and my questions were not answered clearly. I also found some of the bonus terms confusing, which made the overall experience frustrating.
While the game selection was decent, the problems with payouts, support, and unclear promotions outweighed the positives for me. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this casino and would choose a platform with more transparent policies and better customer service.

Im not really sure how many stars to give, I have not had any interaction with anyone as of yet, I did make over $1000 on the bonus they give, and as I speak I've lost all but alil over $600. Im curious if they really pay has anyone ever been paid out? How much do you have to deposit to get your winnings cause it only says deposit what ever you want. Im guessing this new deposit 1st is there way of wagering there bonus they give which Im ok with and there amount you can withdraw that they dictate is like what the casinos do max cash is a $100 on most casino bonuses. They just need to be allot more explanatory about there rules what we need to deposit and what we can withdraw if that is a continuous thing or a 1 time thing. Worst experience ever. Deposit takes 2 seconds. Withdrawal=never. Every time you try to withdrawal they deny because of lack of documentation… everything is wrong, instead use other websites.
Instead of sending a feedback of what I need to upload they will deny the withdrawal and write one thing of what you need to upload, then the next time the same thing until you cancel it and use the money. Instead of just giving all the feedback right away.
