We are very sorry to hear about your experience with LuckyWins.
Our casino is powered by software certified by Itech Labs, an ISO/IEC 17025 compliant Australian testing laboratory for
online gaming systems. This means that the Random Number Generator (RNG) meets industry requirements and all results
you receive during gameplay (reels in slots and cards dealt in card games) are random.

Don't go on this site
Don't go on this site. If you do the welcome offer and win more than 300, they confiscate the excess which is absurd and something I've never seen on any other casino site. I won nearly 8 grand but because of the bonus spins offer, I only got to keep 300 which is just insane. Never seen a site just take that much money and leave me with less than 5% percent of what I won.

We were sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with LuckyWins.
Whenever you play with a bonus, there is a limit on how much can be won.
This is why sometimes withdrawals have to be reduced to the maximum amount allowed in the bonus terms.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your feedback.
Kind regards,
LuckyWins
DONT PLAY THIS CASINO!
DONT PLAY THIS CASINO!! I made an account with them and was told that it was a duplicate account, after I made a deposit of $50 mind you. Then without notifying me or getting my permission they sent my account to another department for review which freezes all funds in your account. They said it would take a few hours and after 2-3 days of hassling them constantly for my money they deleted my account completely and said they would refund my money which was a complete lie. They robbed me, kept my money and removed my account and I haven’t been able to get a reply since. Scammers

I like the quick and i meen really…
I like the quick and i meen really quick respons when I contacted the support on live chat. And the choices of slot is unbelievable. Why i just gave 4 stars is just beacuse one thing it was hard work and different rules back and forth when i was verifying my identity proof of address and proof of payment. But I would give a half star more because in the end we fixed it and the attitude from lucky wins even though i was frustrated at the ens was amazing.
