Ordered 2 dresses yesterday morning got them delivered today afternoon fab fit ready for wedding Sunday also got one from Preston shop too will be buying more and recommending to friends why have I only just found these now. Also my first buy online great experience thank you x

I just love the dresses I purchased they are very flattering and the price was good too. Unfortunately one dress has frayed seams. I did email them and got a very speedy reply to return for a refund…. I have asked for a replacement instead as I really love the style and flare of the outfit. I await a reply today. Despite this I would highly recommend

Well after ordering my first dress I was amazed has I don’t have confidence in my size but the magic dresses are beautiful I’m on my second dress I work full
Time and on my days off I work at a hospital also have 3 children how I never question the prise of there clothes but find I never get my self anything always but everyone else first so has I have found this amazing site I have made a promise to myself every month I’m ordering my self something from here has I won’t to feel great to I’m so glad I found this website has the fitting is great and I have so many compliments thank you so much for helping use bigger ladies feel great x

Just love Lucy Lou's and so pleased they've come to Penwortham. I've been short on body confidence but feel more confident now after a wardrobe revamp which now includes dresses that fit like a dream. Highly recommended shop for lovely clothes, good quality but reasonably priced and caring staff.

Fabulous videos of products. I have bought 5 dresses from here with excellent service both in shop and via delivery. Absolutely thrilled with my purchases. The magic dresses are perfect because the fit all sizes.

After finding Lucy Lou's via a shared video from my niece, I've completely revamped my wardrobe. No more looking at everything on my rail and complaining that I've nothing to wear.The service has been faultless and delivery is very quick.
I love how all the clothes I've purchased make me feel when I'm wearing them.Ive found my feminine side again after living in jeans for years.Im more confident in public because I feel good when I wear my new outfits....haven't felt like that for years.

Just recently came across this site on Instagram and took a look. So glad I did. I ordered a dress Sunday pm and at arrived today Tuesday at 8.15am. Which is fantastic. My dress I ordered is absolutely lovely and just what I was looking for and lovely material and beautiful colours and drapes beautifully.

I love the dresses from Lucy Lou’s. My favourite is the Letiaa dress which I have in several designs which I wear for work. I also bought some light beach style dresses for my holidays. The staff are also very helpful and helped me narrow down my selections when it was tough deciding which ones to choose!

Business growth is fantastic but they have lost track of the basics. My first order arrived the quality was extremely poor. Contacted them to be told it’s because the style of dress is popular the suppliers are rushing the orders. So they are aware but choose to push sales rather than deal with the issues or check the quality before sending out to clients meaning clients are having to spend time returning items which is inconvenient and avoidable. Customers are complaining about lack of responses to their questions. It seems sadly they have become sale oriented. Aftercare is shocking and message responses are equally as bad.

Have become a Lucy Lou's addict. The clothes , etc are comfortable, ( Im 57 ) colorful and great value for money. I have bought lots of holiday clothes too. Louise at the penwortham branch is an asset to the shop as she regularly goes over and above without being asked. Just ordered another dress for collection and will have to go in and pick it up, no doubt coming out with more than I went in for. Fantastic xxxxx

This is a beautiful shop I'm 55 and find it difficult to find clothes that are modern good quality and fantastic prices for my age this shop was recommended to me by a friend and its fantastic beautiful clothing that fits and make me feel fantastic. reasonably priced and lovely staff doing live chats on Facebook. showing new stock most days. i buy on line at the minute but will be making a trip to the shop very soon 5***service

Their clothes are beautiful and the choice is amazing .
Customer service is second to none. Lucy , Gill and all their staff go the extra mile for all their customers and the whole experience of shopping with them is always so pleasant !

This is a lovely family run boutique that is growing due to the hard work and commitment of Lucy her mum and staff. The clothes are beautiful and the prices are great. Everything comes nicely wrapped in tissue paper giving the feel that care has been put into wrapping it for you. You will not be disappointed with any of your purchases. Last year there was a baby blue long pleated dress. Showing out of stock and I wanted it for an occasion. I messaged them and they got me one I was so please. So go make your first purchase you will not be disappointed. Sandra Bennett
