I have ordered from Lulubella Boutique twice now and have loved my clothes. They wash well are a good true fit and I find the guide on the items are accurate detailing sizes for trousers etc. They provide a quick delivery service. No hassle involved at all from choosing my items, ordering them and receiving them a couple of days later. I love how they use normal size models really let’s me see how my clothes will look. Highly recommend.

Cute Terracotta Man
I received one terracotta man very quickly after ordering but sadly broken upon arrival. I immediately phoned the Gateshead shop to explain on Wednesday armed with photos, Ross was very helpful and obliging taking my word for it without showing photos, it was replaced straight away which I received intact today (Friday). Always excellent service and goods from this fabulous boutique, I'll be glad to see Chester le Street when it reopens as loved to browse and talk to the very friendly staff, can't praise them or the service enough.
