Pateikiau prašymą būsto paskolos refinansavimo pasiūlymui. Gavau automatinį patvirtinimą, kad su manimi bus susisiekta ne vėliau kaip per 10 darbo dienų, tačiau iki šiol jokio atsakymo nesulaukiau. Papildomai kreipiausi ir el. paštu, tačiau atsakymo taip pat negavau.

Sudetinga sistema gauti informacijai. Neatsikreipiama in individualia situacija, reikalaujama standartiniu dalyku kai standartiniai dalykai neatitinka realybes.

Mirusios mamos vaikai bandome susitvarkyti su VMI, ir paliktos kompanijos ataskaitomis. Kompanija neveikli nuo mamos mirties datos.

Ne tik skausmas netekus mamos, bet ir nuolatines kovos su bankais, ir visokiom institucijomis, VMI, Registru centru, norint tvarkingai susitvarkyti ir palikti kompanija.

Luminor norint tiesiog gauti banko israsus, reikia pildyti vadovo keitimo paraiska. Klausimai ten nesusije su dabartine situacija, delto imanoma atsakyti tik klaidingai. Neatsakius i klausimus negalima judeti i prieki....

noriu labai padėkoti bankui už darbą, buvau patekusi į aferą iš vienos didelės užsienio skrydžių ir viešbučių įmonės, ir bankui pavyko grąžinti mano pinigus. jei patobulintų programėlę, pavedimų greitį, notificationus (patrauklumą jaunimui) - būtų nuostabus bankas.

I've been Luminor customer since 2020. In general I'm quite happy with the bank and services that it provides. Never actually had any problem with online payments even though I'm doing them on a regular basis or any other services that bank provides.
In addition, Luminor actually offered me the lowest interest rates for my mortgage.

Luminor recently indrotuced instant payments which helps me a lot in daily banking because now I can receive and send money quicklt

It's incredible frustrating to deal with this bank, I really regret registering my account with Luminor, this so far the most unprofessional banks I've ever used, moreover there are a monthly charges for keeping your monies, and in returns you get vain security services, literally the customer services told me, that the only security way to prove my identity is calling from my phone's number which is registered on the system, neither sending your passports id document or any related documents works for them, instead either you call from number you had registered or you go to their branch, and in case if you are in a foreign country and lost your phone, then you are doomed, forget about accessing your monies, one word - horrible, I will withdraw all my money as soon as I have an access to this account.
