Bought Luvanto click+ lovely flooring, after asking for samples got a follow up call from Ted from Luvanto to check all was ok. As suppliers were messing me around in providing quotes Ted offered his support and this was soon sorted. Great flooring and great service from Luvanto

I have dealt with Luvanto for a few years now and have never had any delay with the products and the Sales Staff are exceptionally polite, happy and efficient.

Had an issue where I was sold the wrong underlay for the Luvanto click flooring I purchased from B&Q , Steve at luvanto was so helpful and efficient with identifying and resolving the problem

We had an issue with our Lavanto Click Plus flooring and contacted their technical team for help. Steve Miller quickly identified that the fitting instructions hadn’t been followed correctly, even though the guidelines were clearly provided in every box. Despite this, he went above and beyond to assist us.
Steve sourced replacement flooring in no time at all and arranged prompt delivery, for which we are genuinely grateful. He turned a difficult situation into a positive outcome through his efficiency, clarity, and support.

I needed an extra box of flooring to complete a job on a tight deadline. My rep organised it for an AM delivery the very next day. Flooring was in my hands at 8:30 am, job completed and customers delighted.

Sam is a great rep! Luvanto has been the best Dryback LVT to fit and great prices. Managed to fit 50 m2 of small parquet in a day. As well the top product, there’s brilliant service from top to bottom.

I have ordered Luvanto LVP flooring and adhesive for my whole house but after my builder laid flooring in 1 room, the tiles were coming up and glue wasn’t setting. Steve Miller from Luvanto technical team has been very helpful and patient with reviewing my case, accepting defective adhesive and recommending the alternative. Thank you Steve for all your help and fast responses!

We needed new floor in living room and decided that lvp would be best for the kids etc.

I loved Luvanto's Reclaimed Oak so requested a sample which was super-easy.
Our concrete floor wasn't absolutely perfect, so they advised a product called Jumpax that they do to help sort this so decided to go for that too.

DIY isn't my husband's biggest strength but even he managed to install the Jumpax boarding and Luvanto floor! He said Luvanto's fitting instructions were really good/simple to follow, and their click-lock system was incredibly easy to fit, felt very robust and locked together properly! The product cut very cleanly and their colour-matched perimeter strips just finished it off beautifully 👌

We're super happy with our new floor and love using their cleaning kit to keep it looking like new! We will be using Luvanto again in future and would definitely recommend this flooring!

Steve Miller has been very helpful in advising on the most suitable type of flooring for our large commercial project. After having issues with a previous Luvanto LVT click vinyl, Steve explained the correct installation procedure (which we had not fully followed). Instead he advised we use a glue down version. The new floor has now been installed and looks great. Time will tell how it holds up, but my fitter was happy with the quality for the price.

Steve is an asset to the team. He is not only knowledgeable and helpful, but attentive to all aspects of LVT flooring and sub floor preparation.

After experiencing some problems with a section of my flooring that was laid a couple of years ago, I was put in contact with Steve Miller who resolved it within a few days. He even helped with advice and support for installation concerns that were not Luvanto’s fault. I have replacement flooring on the way. Thanks so much!

Flooring was good but needs clearer instruction and the stockist need to stock the Luvanto underlay along with the main LVT flooring. Had some issues and spent some time talking to Luvanto Technical Manager Steve Miller. Well worth the effort to get in touch with him but please be very careful combining underlay and LVT flooring - Steve is a top bloke and provides very good advice - the trick is to get that advice BEFORE you put the floor down - make sure you've got the right stuff and the right tolerances on your floor. Have dropped one star as the packaging/instructions aren't clear about the underlay requirements and it's impossible to find a stockist that stocks both the flooring and the specific underlay needed. We had issues but these were cleared up by Steve - many thanks Steve.

After filling out contact form, I was called the next day to discuss, which I thought was very efficient.
Spoke to Steve Miller, the technical guy at Luvanto and he couldn't have been more helpful in resolving my issue. He kept in contact and sorted everything so quickly and the issue wasn't even with Luvanto but a 3rd party.
He went above and beyond to come to my rescue, which was such a relief and I'm so grateful for his assistance.

I would like to personally thank Mr Steve Miller in the technical department for listening and managing to sort out the problems we had experienced to the satisfaction of all parties, also to the company itself for suggesting the compromise

Great people to deal with and went way beyond expectations with aftercare service when I had an issue with a few flooring boards coming apart!
