A few years ago, I bought our initial set of Luxury Egyptian Linens, and my husband and I were delighted with them! They're incredibly soft, comfortable, maintain their size and color even after washing. Intrigued, we decided to experiment with one of the down comforters, and we were hooked! We've since replaced all our comforters with Luxury Egyptian down comforters along with the bed linens. The exceptional quality has earned them a customer for life!

It was a good experience doing business with this company. When I did have an issue, it was promptly and courteously resolved. The product is very good and my gift recipient is very pleased. As am I.

This place is a scam. Look at all the reviews that seem like they are real. I paid $130 for 1500tc sheets that are rougher than the 600tc sheets I own. When I contact them they say they are single ply. Nothing in the ad says that. Then return takes forever with discount offers up to 50 percent. Telling you their costs must be very low for cheap sheets. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

I am very disappointed! I ordered sheets, covers and pillows cases in 1500 thread count. The sheets are so thin that I can see through them. I don’t recommend this company. I feel that they misrepresent the quality

Superior customer service and superb product exhange policies! The person was extraordinarily helpful and the exchange was simple and timely. A 10-star rating would be appropriate, especially for Mark in customer service.

I ordered the queen size bedding sheet. Accidentally I wrote a wrong address and forgot adding 20% off promotion code. Through the email the issues all have been resolved. The service is best.

When I was concerned about delivery in time for the new bed, they made it happen! The sheets and pillows are wonderful.

I purchased the 1200 ct Egyptian cotton sheets from this site at the same time as highly rated, twice as expensive sheets from another site. While I like the other sheets, I LOVE these sheets! I've been sleeping in Egyptian cotton sheets for ~15 years. The deep burgundy perfectly matches the burgundy flowers sewn into in my bedspread. They fit perfectly - I hate a "baggy" mattress sheet and I love the weight and feel. I honestly don't want to get out of bed! True story - I left a comment on their website asking where I could review these sheets because I love them so much. They responded and here I am.

Had to fight with customer service to get what I ordered. Finally did after 2 weeks.

It was supposed to be 100% down but it’s only 75% down.

The duvet was supposed to have hooks to secure the down comforter within it, but there are none.

The duvet said it was supposed to be 1000 thread count but once you get it, it’s only probably about a 200 to 250 thread count item.

I would suggest taking your business to a reputable website and not this place.

I was very pleased with this very nice, soft down comforter. I fluffed it in the dryer on air as recommended because it comes compact. It has a high thread count, so, there were no feathers escaping. Thank you for your courtesy in responding to me as well as a timely delivery: I give you 5 stars.
I recommend your company to anyone whom seeks a beautiful down comforter for any bed.

One night with the Luxury Egyptian Linen Hungarian Goose Down Comforter behind me and I'm very pleased. Comfortable and warm yet not too cumbersome or heavy. Additionally the cost was far less than an inferior product purchased from a major retailer and customer service was excellent.

The customer rep was great and easy to work with; they responded to my emails quickly. The ordering was straightforward and secure. I would purchase from them again.

This is a great company with the best quality linen. I have ordered three comforters and love each of the products I have ordered. These are the most comfortable comforters I have ever had as bedding. The products are as described and shipping and delivery was fast. I will continue to order from this company. I have not experienced any issues with them.

The company was excellent at communicating and helping me get a gift sheet set that was the wrong size and pattern sorted out to the correct one. Communication and integrity are so often lacking in today's world, and this company has both, along with professionalism. My return process was via email ONLY.. when I started this process I was concerned. I'm older and hate emails period. I'm witing this review because i saw some negative reviews about returns about this company. They don't have a customer service call center. It's done only threw email.
And it takes a day for a reply.
I want people to know to be patient.. mine took a couple of days back and forth . But I received my money and have already received my new Bamboo sheets. Would like to add that Mark was my customer service rep and answered all my qestions. Also, these Bamboo shets are extremely soft. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for soft and cooling sheets.
