Beautiful and Authentinc Hermes item & excellent customer service.
I found luxybit when looking for a very specific limited edition Hermes item that was already discountinued, and which they happened to have - a rare design Clic Clac bracelet. Communication with customer service was profesional and prompt, price was more than fair, shipping was fast, package gift wrapped, and the bracelet authentic and absolutely in perfect condition - as promised and shown in the photos. I collect Clic and Clic Clac Hermes bracelets and can identify an authentic one by many characteristics. I was truly thrilled to have found the one from luxybit. I will be shopping with them again.

Excellent customer service throughout…
Excellent customer service throughout the buying process. Reid seemed genuinely concerned that we would be happy with our purchase and when the bag arrived as scheduled it was in perfect condition which obviously was the most important part. Will not hesitate to use Luxybit again to save on handbags for my wife who fortunately for me doesn’t mind saving a little as long as they are mint/near new condition.
