After my boiler stopped working I called L W Gas to help me sort out a replacement. Liz was incredibly helpful on the phone with sorting the initial call out, Lewis talked me through my various options and Lee sent me a very comprehensive quote to help me make my decision.

When it came to installation Lewis and Tom arrived on time and were very quick, diligent and tidy.

I had been concerned about how much damage would be caused by replacing our old immersion boiler and water tank with a combi boiler, but I needn't have been. Lewis and Tom did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the standard of work Wouldn't hesitate to recommend LW Gas.

When we decided to replace our ageing gas boiler, I obtained quotes from three companies. We had no hesitation in awarding the job to L W Gas Ltd and we have been delighted with the outcome. After visiting us, Lee provided a quote and then returned twice to discuss small changes we wanted. We accepted his recommendation to install a Worcester Bosch 24 Ri boiler and noted that L W Gas Ltd were Worcester Diamond Accredited Installers. The work was carried out in June 2023, three weeks after we accepted the final quote, on one day as promised, and invoiced as quoted. The engineers were courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. On the basis of our experience with the company, we strongly recommend L W Gas Ltd.

I love L W Gas as a company. I used them to fit a boiler in my previous property and when we moved house I knew I wanted to use them again. I called and made an appointment very quickly for someone to come over and give a free quote. They were very honest and even convinced me to get a cheaper boiler as our house size didn't need the more expensive model. The team who work their are friendly and good at what they do. Advice given excellent. We are very happy with work and new boiler...has freed up storage space in airing cupboard and removal of old boiler in kitchen has completely opened up the space. We had the guys from LW Gas fit a new boiler and a couple of radiators just over a year ago, and in the middle of the heatwave of 2022

They were so polite and professional. They did a fantastic job, working through the heat in the smallest cupboard in the bathroom - I don’t even know how they did it, I would’ve melted!!

Everything was finished to a great standard. They left the area tidy and clean and we were really pleased with their work.

A year on, we’ve just had them back out for the boiler service and we were equally impressed with them. Punctual and polite.
