I used Macks solicitors for a personal injury claim recently. Rebecca worked on my claim from start to finish and explained everything to me clearly. As I had little knowledge of the law and process of claiming, this made it stress free when I was still under medical care. I would highly recommend Macks to family and friends who may need legal support in the future. Very professional with efficient communication throughout.

Used this solicitor for my daughter’s personal injury claim some time ago.
Settled far too fast for a poultry amount that only helped her for so many years, didn’t fight for her!
She was only 20 years old when she had her accident, now 28 years old living on benefits not able to work.
Has acute pain 24/7, anxiety, depression, ptsd.
Has tried to take her own life twice as unable to cope with her pain.
Her life hasn’t been the same since the accident, reliant on family to support her which has had an impact on them e.g work life, leisure time etc.
I advise anyone to go to a personal injury lawyer who will fight for you, not be told that when the money runs out if she isn’t better to live on benefits the rest of her life.
I have waited a long time to write this review as I needed to see how things turned out.
Most people write their reviews immediately which sometimes doesn’t reflect what happens in the future.

From start to finish Chloe of Macks was clear, precise, and articulate with her approach to explaining everything which made the anxious experience of completing a child arrangement order straight forward and understandable.
