Maggie Hart helped me directly. She tried to call my mobile, but it came up as possible spam, so i didn't answer it. She followed up with a couple of emails, which really helped. I've also added the number as safe on my mobile

Fred made booking a holiday for six people with a set of criteria very straightfrward.
He did a lot of research, came back to me quickly and was always happy to tweak things.
We are very happy with the deal we have - a holiday to Crete next June.

I couldn’t check in online had to phone the initial rep Nic who told me to call customer service, I spoke to maggiehart who was amazingly patient, she listened and understood my query then when we got cut off she called back and solved the problem by waiting until I had signed in, thank you Maggiehart..

We have used blue sea holidays to book our family holiday twice, last year to Greece and this year to Turkey. Both times the booking was smooth, Morgan guided us to the perfect holiday, with timings that suited along with the right baggage options for us. We even got the ultra all inclusive as part of the well priced package. Thanks again Morgan.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received from Mario.
Our Holiday booking had to be changed twice due to circumstances beyond our control. Mario was quite helpful and made suggestions on what I could do.

Gerald was so helpful. I haven’t booked a package holiday before and was a bit wary. But Gerald was brilliant. So honest and really went out of his way to get us a great deal with accommodating flight times that suited us. I spoke with a few of his colleagues who were also great. I booked family holiday with blue sea holiday on 9/7/2025 going to Greece because of problem with my internet I had to call office number and gentleman called Mr Morgan Alan was absolutely helpful and friendly,he has done absolutely everything for us.price of holiday was reasonable considering week before school term .I recommend it for everyone.Mo Saba

Dealing with Fred was very easy. He understood our needs and found us an appropriate hotel. He took as much time as we needed to get this right too. There was even a follow-up call from Blue Seas Holidays to check that we were happy we were.
