John has been absolutely brilliant in arranging my holiday, and the booking was so simple and stress free.

We had a very good experience with Austin and truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. He took his time to help us find a very nice hotel and made sure everything was comfortable and well arranged for us.

Austin was always quick to answer our calls and responded with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process with great care and respect.

We are very thankful for all his help, good manners, and the genuine care he showed us. His customer service was outstanding, and we would highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional assistance.

We’ve just returned from Rhodes and, although the holiday itself was very good, the “Premium” upgrade sold to us by Magic Trips was a complete misrepresentation.
There was no Premium service whatsoever. Not a single element of the advertised upgrade existed in practice. Every guest we spoke to received exactly the same service and inclusions, despite paying nothing extra. In other words, we paid for an upgrade that simply did not exist.
I contacted MagicTrips.com for an explanation. They have ignored my email. No acknowledgement, no clarification, no attempt to resolve the issue.
At this point it is impossible to avoid the conclusion that Magic Trips is charging customers for fictional package upgrades and then refusing to engage when challenged.
Extremely disappointing and absolutely not what we paid for and we will not be using them again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Messaged in the morning, and was sorted and booked by afternoon. John was a brilliant help, talked me through everything, explained everything. Made the whole process simply. Highly recommend

Molly has been excellent with creating a holiday package that works to my needs. She is attentive to what works for her customers and is very keen in making sure that she can help in the best possible way. She is considerate and dedicated to her role. Booked a trip with Morgan,at first wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Morgan talked me through the options and recommended various places etc..he was very polite and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be dealing with Morgan again in the future .

Our rep Morgan found a hotel that was perfect for 14 of us in Antalya. The Ramada hotel was amazing and ticked all our boxes. Morgan took on all requests and made it a holiday to remember

We contacted Magictrips UK after receiving an offer from Travelzoo and initially spoke to Juliet who was very kind and patient. We agreed the details of a short holiday in December to Benidorm with her and were then transferred to Greg to confirm and Pay which we then did. Greg was again efficient and patient with my wife and myself and we will definitely book with them again given the same opportunity - a fair price to a nice location and treated with respect throughout. Many thanks to them both !
