I joined Blue Sea Holidays in May 2025 under a commission-based agreement directly with Andy Brewer, the Managing Director. From the beginning, I was promised a specific commission percentage to be paid monthly. Despite delivering results and fulfilling my end of the agreement, I was never paid.

After several months of chasing payments, I was forced to resign. I was then told my pending dues would be cleared in September 2025. That date has now passed, and instead of payment, I received a vague email from Andy claiming the company is not financially stable and cannot honour the agreed compensation.

I am not the only one. I personally know of two other agents who have faced the same treatment within the last year. This seems to be a recurring pattern — hiring people, making false payment promises, and then refusing to pay after the work is done.

This behavior is completely unethical and unprofessional. I strongly urge anyone considering working for Blue Sea Holidays or under Andy Brewer to think twice. Protect your time, your skills, and your livelihood.

Once Blessina Jetti had established I was insistent that the luggage was booked on the initial booking. The initial booking conversation was reviewed promptly and the luggage applied to our booking within 24 hours.

I appreciated the timely manner in which my query was handled. Maggie Hart was polite and friendly on the phone and helped me resolve the issues I was having. I have been booking my holidays with Blue Sea Holidays for almost 5 years now and I keep coming back. The team are very helpful, the price is reasonable and the holidays are great.

I rang the admin team as I was having problems checking in my flights. Maggie was really helpful going through this step by step so at least I was able to get my boarding passes. Really appreciated her help.

It was a great experience booking with blue sea holidays. The agents which ours was called Morgan who was available to communicate most of the time which helps us non technology users to always have a person at hand to help with any issues. It was quick and easy. Got the job done in one phone call.

following a sleepless night because I had messed up by not downloading the return boarding pass I was greatly relieved when Maggie Hart sent the whole set of boarding passes the very first thing in the morning after Maggie saw my panic e mail

I would just like to think blue seas for putting me on to Morgan who went out of his way to sort my problems out and took time to explain everything to me he is a top class guy and if anyone in your company deverse credit that has to b Morgan I will b telling everyone I no to book thought Morgan top man

I asked in online chat if they price match. They responded that they do, but it would be easier to discuss on the phone. I was hoping to book online so I could double check all the details etc but I relented. Between the original quote they sent and me placing the order, the price went up because of "currency fluctuations" so they weren't able to price match after all.

I paid using a credit card and got some emails from the company with the booking details. I also got flight details from the airline but these were forwarded by Blue Sea Holidays, not sent directly by the airline. The agent then asked me to log in to the airline portal and change the contact details to use my email and phone number. It seems they used their own contact details to make the booking, and it was up to me to update them which seems very unprofessional.

After the booking, I had some queries but the agent was no longer responsive to my whatsapp messages - before I paid he was responding within minutes. This was another red flag.

The original quote included an airport transfer, but the final order did not. When queried, they said I had asked the agent to remove the transfer. I had not - I asked for the price difference between private and shared transfer, then asked the agent to remove the private transfer and revert to the originally quoted shared transfer. They claim they have a call recording to prove their version of events but will not provide me with the recording unless I pay £15. This is illegal under UK GDPR and I have filed a complaint with the ICO.

All in all, a terrible experience. A very manual process where I had to chase the company for the information I needed via multiple whatsapp messages and emails. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a smooth, online booking.

We recently used blueseas to book a hotel, definitely the best price I could find. Although I had not used them before I had a great experience with the initial booking. A few days later we then decided to upgrade the hotel room. Paul was super helpful and went through all the options for the rooms to best suit a family of 5 and we agreed on a better combination of rooms for our party. I feel like we got a great service for a really good price.

Booked two holidays with Morgan , can’t praise enough, very helpful, nothing to much trouble. Dealt with him for a while now and will deal with him him in future . A credit to the company.

I've been looking at booking a holiday to egypt for the past mth now, to the point I'd had enough of looking my self
So on Friday evening decided to ask for a call back, from blue sea holidays for the following day (Saturday morning 9:30am) Mr morgan Allen was totally on time & honestly what a lovely man" he was,

I'm the type that don't trust any company, and so use to booking with companies lile on the bech/love holidays
I felt I could trust them with handing over my money,
but decided to give blue sea holiday a try thanks to morgan making me feel totally at ease with step by step instructions on what's happening while on the phone to me.
We booked our family holiday for the 17th of September 2025 can't leave a comment yet on how, easy this has gone but will as soon as I'm back" home.
I will be booking when home for next year with him 100% 🤝
