The directors have been in the credit hire industry for many years, previously specialising in the provision of replacement taxis. Our team of staff are experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated and we pride ourselves on customer service and attention. We will guide our clients through the often upsetting process of a motor accident claim, being honest, transparent and pro-active throughout. Although our main business activity is credit hire, we provide a full package of services to drivers following a road accident as well as a direct hire service for a number of work partners.

Magna dealt with my claim from beginning to end when my car was hit while parked. Call centre staff were very professional and understanding as I am deaf and struggle to hear on the phone they made sure everything was explained and emailed.
My replacement vehicle from a different company had a problem which you got sorted quickly and an alternative car was given to me which was very clean, safe and of high spec. Excellent service I will recommend to everyone.

Magna are exceptionally good at Customer Service ! All the reps I’ve dealt with have been helpful and proactive. And Laura Brown went above and beyond in helping me with a complex insurance situation on my replacement vehicle even doing the job that FMG were supposed to but couldn’t do. Magna sorted everything
Being involved in an accident is always at the very least an inconvenience especially when it's your work vehicle and you weren't at fault, thankfully Emmie at Magna sorted everything out, got me a like for like courtesy car so I could carry on working as normal and always kept me up to date and was a pleasure to deal with

Do not used this company keep clear at all costs . They lie constantly . They send your vehicle to the cheapest repairer who do a rubbish job . My van was worked on twice it took over 7 week to get repaired. All they want is the money for the hiring of a vehicle they charged £6000 for 5 weeks . They also give information about you health to third parties without permission. Keep clear at all costs

Magna provided you with a camper van on credit hire, we directed your damage claim to the third-party insurers. The third-party insurers authorised your repairs to your vehicle. You were not happy with the standard of the repair which was resolved correctly. Since then, you have continued to present repair issues that are proven not to be accident related, including the presentation of damage that was noted as an advisory on your MOT history prior to the accident date. In addition, you have used threatening and abusive behaviour against members of the team. As our final response outlines, Magna have not highlighted any training issues. It is clear from your file that Magna have always acted appropriately inline with FCA regulations (principle 12, relating to consumer duty). No medical information has been provided to insurers as we do not have access to your medical records. Our file proves that our team has dedicated a high proportion of care and attention to your claim including safeguarding. You have been provided with our Complaints Procedure, and this advises that you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman should you feel appropriate. We would request that you follow this correct route, rather than continue with your threats and attacks against Magna. We are prepared to defend your accusations and will support any Ombudsman complaint with conclusive evidence.

Efficient and helpful
This was the first time we have had to claim on insurance, and we were really grateful for the way Joshua explained the process.
He was also very responsive when we were concerned that the process had slowed down for some time (due to a third party) and were worried we would have to put in another claim for loss of business. Joshua’s quick response enabled us to move forwards - and as a result we were able to be back at work when we had planned to be.

Great company.
Looked after me really well after my car was damaged by another driver. Really quick delivery of the car and very accommodating around my working hours for getting the car returned. Everything worked as it should with no issues.
