The process of managing the accident repair claim and associated temporary hire vehicle took longer than I would have hoped. There were long periods when nothing seemed to be happening. Nevertheless whenever I called for a progress report, even though I hardly ever spoke to the same representative twice, they were always able to explain what stage had been reached and what was, when would be, the next milestone. The temporary hire vehicle was satisfactory, but was low on fuel.
I felt the statements about the importance of returning it with same fuel as it had been provided with were somewhat overemphasised. I prefer hire vehicles supplied full, to be returned full. Similarly the placards regarding cleaning charges and smoking penalties were excessively conspicuous.
I realise that on their side each case is just one of many and very routine, but for customers a vehicle accident repair claim is generally a rare one-off experience and perhaps they should provide a bit more reassurance during the process.

So incompetent and unprofessional people

Magna provided us with the perfect equal vehicle to ours that was in for repair.
Such professional and friendly staff from phone calls, emails down to the lovely chaps that dropped off and collected the vehicle for us.
They truly are 'Specialists' in their field - accidents are stressful, thank you guys for the smooth assistance.

When our van was hit by another vehicle, I was at a loss what to do as I, nor my husband, had ever had an accident before. But after talking to my insurance and bring put through to Magna, everything was so much easier. We had our courtesy van delivered not long after the accident and a lovely gentleman delivered it after driving 4 and a half hours to get the van to us. Just amazing service. Our poor van was taken off to the van cemetery, but, we have a great courtesy van which suits our needs perfectly. Especially being disabled, having 2 dogs and an electric scooter to fit in. We are very grateful for all the help we have received. Now we're just waiting for the other insurance to pay out. But we still have the higher vehicle for another 7 days after the insurance company has paid our insurance to satisfaction, then we get our money.

They have gone out of their way to help us, checking in to check any issues are resolved and prompt responses too.

First class service from Magna Accident and, in particular from Zoe Dickinson, who handled my claim. She was always available to answer questions and provide advice. Without her help I doubt my somewhat unusual claim would have been resolved as quickly as it was. Whilst it is never nice to have to make a claim this one was about as stress free as I could ever have hoped for. Thanks Zoe.

Josh was courteous, understanding and extremely efficient. Motor vehicle accidents can be very emotive and stressful which Josh understood and within a few hours the claim was being progressed.
