A non-fault accident can still be quite stressful. Magna has made the process as smooth as possible, from my vehicle being sent for Repairs and having a hire vehicle delivered, to repairs to my vehicle being completed and the hire vehicle being collected. The process has been straight-forward and I have been updated at every step.

From the point at which Magna began working on my behalf to resolve the third party insurance claim, the claim at last began to progress. Within a matter of days the claim, that had previously been delayed for many weeks by other agencies, soon reached a very positive conclusion. The staff at Magna always responded quickly and efficiently to my emails and phone calls. Throughout the process, from start to finish, they were very reassuring and supportive. Magna transformed what was a nightmare experience prior to their involvement, into an experience which could not in any way have been more positive.

Helpful from start to finish, contacted several times and nothing was too much trouble. Found a suitable vehicle as a hire car in a non fault accident.
