Commande reçue au bout de trois malgré des relances incessantes de ma part. Par contre le prélèvement s’est fait très rapidement ! Je les ai contacté 4 fois. Lorsque que je vais sur le statut de ma commande celle ci n’est toujours pas traitée depuis plus de 2 mois. Et quand je les contacte il me dise qu’elle a été traitée et que donc je ne peux pas espérer un remboursement. De plus il promette de répondre en maximum 48h alors qu’il m’on toujours répondu en minimum 7 jours...

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile je le ferais..
SAV déplorable , j’ai passé commande Mi octobre , toujours rien reçu!!!! Aucune réponse de leur part . A FUIR!!!!

A fuir : la marque me répète encore et encore que mon colis a été envoyé alors que La Poste elle même me montre preuve à l'appui que le numéro de suivi a bien été créé mais qu'aucun colis correspondant ne leur a été confié.
Le service client ne fournit que des réponses toutes faites et ne prennent pas en charge ma demande.
J'ai contacté ma banque et une procédure sera déclenchée dans 10 jours conformément aux droit des consommateurs en vigueur.

Commande Reçu rapidement les cils sont de très bonne qualité je suis très satisfaite ça tient super bien et longtemps de plus ils sont réutilisables je rachèterais d’autre modèles

I ordered lashes from these people and refused the shipment because the order was incorrect. When I tried to cancel they said the order was already processed because they took 2 days to respond to my inquiry in order for me to cancel. I still have NOT received a refund or another set of lashes that Emily the Customer Service Manager offered me. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will not received a refund if needed. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Just because a KARDASHIAN pimps out a product, it doesn't mean it's good!! Additional information .

Since I wrote this review and filed a complaint with my bank, I received the original "Kourtney" set of eyelashes immediately. This is what I mean, this is what I initially ordered and tried to cancel. This is the package I initially refused. I didn't want the Kourtney Lashes! They communicated to me faithfully, I could choose anything from their site due to the inconvenience and they even CONFIRMED my order was sent out. Nothing was ever sent out until I filed the complaint with my bank. Because they are dirty business people they didn't send me what I selected from their website the second time, they sent me out the same original order that I initially tried to CANCEL. Bad Bad Bad company. I can't stress enough do not do business with this company!!

Emily is a joke must but understand how to read. The Eyeliner is crap cracks flakes last less then an hour. Multiple emails to get the same response and sent another package of lashes which is ridiculous cause it’s crap. I actually told Emily not to send them.
Asked for a corporate number and still waiting.

Hello everyone!
I’ve made my order just yesterday, I’ve ordered Length and Shape Kit and the amount of111,99$ has been immediately charged from my credit card. I checked my email thousand times for order confirmation (spam also) but still nothing even today, all I have is print screen of page with information that my purchase completed including shipping address, billing address and payment method but no order number (thanks God I made this print screen due to the fact it is my first purchase via this site). So yesterday for the first time I wrote them an email about my problem that I have no order confirmation and order number, I repeated this complaint today but still nothing. So it seems that the amount from my card has been taken just for nothing. How come?I even don’t have no order number. I’m shocked and as far as I understand I’m not the only one and there’s practically no chance to get an order or to get money back. I’m very disappointed because 111,99$ is not that cheap.
So please before deal with these guys read the reviews carefully because shipping via Magnetic SL seems to be a waste of time and money, very very sad.
If something changes, I will add my review .
Update from 23th of October
* Probably it will help somebody so I update information about my problem. Today finally I got a feedback with my order number from them (I finally reached them on different social media platform) and they answered that I just made a mistake in my email and if it is really so I wrote practically immediately on the day I made my order on email to their service team that I have a problem next morning I wrote one more email, I wrote them on FB, in DM on Instagram but no answer on these messages till now so how come that service team ignore their customers it is unbelievable. So as I mentioned before today I got confirmation on my email and finally got my order number and of course they wrote me that I can’t cancel my order because it has already been shipped and I got a track number and due to the fact I got some bad experience from shopping with Chinese sellers when I see my track from Magnetic SL I was shocked it is from China (sypost)!!! So if I want Chinese lashes I will directly buy it from Chinese site but Magnetic SL based in France and I hope to get a product of European quality. I’m totally confused.
So if it is interesting I can update my post whether I got my order or not and how my story with Magnetic SL will end.
UPDATE FROM the 26th of NOVEMBER
Magnetic SL claimed TrustPilot that my experience is not genuine and for some time my review went offline. Of course I sent all necessary documents to prove I’m right and my review is true. So I still get no order (by the way I left on the 25-th of November till the end of April and I honestly warned about this fact the so called customer service of Magnetic SL) nor refund . I have sent them emails but just silence . I just want my money back. How companies like this can exist?!Just waist of time and money . And I will spread my word about Magnetic SL everywhere I can. Because it just awful to treat your customers like that !!!

If I could give them a ZERO i would. Placed my order at the beginning of April and still have not received it. Emails back and forth then after 4 months they told me that it was probably stolen. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Lots of Australian business’ who sell this product with fast postage and they keep you updated with shipping every step of the way! I was a sucker thinking Kourtney Kardasian endorsed this!

Sooo I'm still waiting on my replacement lashes. I emailed them 4 weeks ago about them as still not here from like June, they keep saying be patient they coming seriously I think they are stringing me along, tried to email them again tonight the messages are not going very strange. They asked for my information last time then reported me as a fake!!! So don't bother giving them this information Sent all the proof I paid, all I want is my lashes is that to much to ask, asked for the tracking number never got given it, think they stringing me along.

Update 1 an plus tard : TOUJOURS RIEN !!

Celle-ci avait été déposée a la poste sans avis de passage pendant le confinement, lorsque je suis allée la récupérer après avoir demandé le numéro de suivi a Magnetic SL car le délai de livraison était long, la poste m'a indiqué que le colis avait été renvoyé a l'expéditeur.
J'en informe Magnetic SL qui m'indique qu'ils renvoyaient mon colis, que j'allais bientôt recevoir un numéro de suivi. Cela était en JUIN, depuis je continue de demander un suivi par mail, réponses génériques en JUILLET, AOÛT, SEPTEMBRE pour dire que mon colis va bientôt être expédié, envoyé, reçu.. mais toujours pas de colis ou même de numéro de suivi. Nous sommes en OCTOBRE et je n'ai plus de retour du service client.
C'est la première fois qu'une expérience comme celle là m'arrive et apparemment je ne suis pas la seule !
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils disent renvoyer le colis alors qu'ils ne le font pas...
Je ne peux donc pas juger des kits et des cils puisque 6 MOIS après ma commande, je n'ai toujours rien (a part de l'argent en moins..)

Expérience extrêmement décevante

J'ai passé commande pour 2 paires dont 1 sur laquelle il manquait des aimants, j'ai contacté le service après vente qui m'a promis qu'ils allaient me renvoyer une paire. Après échange de plusieurs mails car toujours rien reçu on me reconfirme qu'ils vont arrivés or ils ne sont JAMAIS arrivés donc j'ai perdu mon argent...

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered some eyelashes 6 months ago and have yet to receive my so called "lost" package.

Con - ordered 3 months ago and not delivered despite emailing multiple times and them telling they have resent twice. It is a lie and con do not order

aucun produit n'arrive sous divers prétexte ( le must)
le colis n'est pas assez affranchi et vous devez payer
le surcout pour le recevoir !! puis suite aux 10 mails de réclamation pour savoir ou est le colis réponse stéréotypée sur mon email : merci de votre patience un nouveau colis va vous être envoyé !!

For background, I had lash extensions for 5 years pre-COVID and have been gluing on falsies since I was in high school. I bought the Natural Day Kit for $134 after reading a ton of positive reviews. Unfortunately, the kit arrived with no instructions in English (seemed weird), so I watched the tutorial videos they have posted. In short, you need to wear heavy eyeliner and mascara to make these lashes blend in otherwise they look very odd. This defeats the purpose of getting the "natural" set. Further, the company has a strict no return/no refund policy, so you will be stuck with them. Lastly, I am pretty good at all things related to makeup/lashes, and these are NOT simply to put on. And if you drop the tiny magnetic lashes that are to go under your upper lashes, good luck finding them (seriously they should provide a full set of backups). I deeply regret this purchase in every way.

THIS PRODUCT IS COMPLETE CRAP!!!!!!!’ AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!!! I GOT THE LASHES IN THE MAIL A WEEK AGO AND HAVE TRIED THEM 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THE CORNERS GELL OFF THE LINER!!! THEN I TRIED TO USE THEM THIS PAST SATURDAY (SEPTEMBER 19th) AND THE DAMN MAGNETS (3 on one lash and 2 on the other) GOT COMPLETELY STUCK TO THE METAL RING IN THE COMPACT!!!!!! I COULD NOT BE ANY MORE ANNOYED AND PISSED OFF!!!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡 this company sucks!!!!!!!
