BUYER BEWARE: In early March 2020 I ordered and paid in full for two kits however, it’s late Sept and no order has come and MANY emails were sent back and forth with them first blaming covid delays, the tracking number didn’t work, then again they said it would be here soon (May) and still nothing arrived and they stopped replying or communicating in early June. I reported this to my credit card company and my
credit card co. is investigating them for fraud and also has credited the order purchase value back to my card due to non-receipt of the order. Further... in reviews I’ve read of MANY others not receiving their orders and dealing with similar scenarios. ***Maybe celebrities should learn more about the ethics and reputation of a company before they put their face and advertisement for the company up BEFORE they draw people in who trust that they are representing a company that is trustworthy and cares about not stealing from their customers. I have the emails to prove all and will stand behind this review if they call me. Be careful out there peeps, these days many can’t afford to just blindly flush their money down the toilet and ordering from this company is clearly very risky unfortunately. MAGNETICSL your company has done this to many, if your product is good then you should value your customers and stop stealing from us.

Ils tiennent le même discours commande perdue problème d'envoi .....
Je déconseille fortement....

Alors n’achetez pas qualité zéro déjà il faut au moins 3-4 semaines pour les recevoir en les relançant !
Et au bout de 15 jours un aimant s’est décollé alors j’ai acheter les cils effets yeux de biches 3 aimants voilà ils sont partis à la poubelle trop cher pour ce que ça vaut !!!!!!autant acheter sur aliexpress

J’ai envoyé 6 mails et les retours qui m’ont été fait ne répondait jamais à ma demande !!!
La qualité des cils sont les mêmes qu’aliexpress mais bien plus chère !! La honte pour ce site à anarque, je déconseille !!

I've placed my order since June 15 and havent received my order. I should have done my research before ordering, but trusted the site since many famous people advertised for them. It's been 3 months and everytime I ask about my order they give me the same response that the management has shipped the order or they have contacted my postal service and I should receive it soon.

Placed my order July 11th money was withdrawn from my account. I have sent countless emails to customer service each time they apologize and say it will be 10days. It’s more like 2months and I’m still waiting. NEVER AGAIN will I order any of their products.

I paid for 2 orders totaling almost $500 and I have not received my order yet. Still waiting for them. Please help me.

Pour ma part mauvaise expérience j'ai commandé le 10 août ma commande habituellement expédié sous 5 jours comme indiqué sur le site nous sommes aujourd'hui le 5 septembre et je viens à peine de les recevoir et quand j'ai ouvert mon colis les cils était plein de colle , les aimants mal collée bref très mauvaise qualité dommage que je ne puisse pas vous montrer les photos! Et comme par hasard ils ne m'ont pas envoyé l'avis de satisfaction c'est pour ça d'ailleurs que je me permets de l'écrire ici!

This company is a sham. It is fraud. I placed an order, they took my money but never gave me any order confirmation and refuse to respond to any of my contact through email or the web site. Do not order, you will never receive your order and they will steal your money. My bank has confirmed it is fraud. Avoid at all costs !.

I finally received my starter kit. I love the lashes!
Due to Covid and International shipping, the package did take longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. Best of all - they were super easy to apply. I’m happy 😊

Do not waste your money! You’re better off buying lashes from the store- way better quality and for less money!
First off, I paid extra to have the lashes expedited- it took TWO MONTHS for the lash kit to arrive! I complained to customer service and they were of no help. I asked for a refund and they did not comply.
I was so excited about these lashes when I ordered them- when I opened them they felt and looked even worse than the drugstore lashes. The magnetic eyeliner smells TERRIBLE- almost like rubber, but an even stronger smell.
It made my eyelids breakout in a rash!
There is no way I would recommend this to anyone!

I had these false eyelashes as a gift from my sister 😍 I can say that they are beautiful but they were too long for me so I wear them occasionally 😁

Après avoir reçu un kit de cils défectueux j’ai tout de suite envoyé un e-mail.
Le service client m’a répondu très très rapidement. J’en ai reçu un second très très rapidement également.
Très bonne réactivité et aide de la part du service client.

Réveillez vous. Ce sont des arnaqueur et des voleurs. J’ai commandé en janvier et on est en août. Le colis a était egaré/perdu comme ils disent. Sois disant ils m’en ont envoyé un autre et bien sûr jamais reçu. En plus des mails de foutage de gueul ils nous prennent vraiment pour des abrutis. C’est toujours les même mail. Vous pouvez leurs envoyez 40 00 mails sa ne servira rien. Service client lamentable. Ne commandez jamais sur ce site d’arnaquer et de voleurs. Surtout que leur produits proviennent de chine . Alors les fille vous avez les meme cils sur whish et AliExpress et moins chère.

Alors pour moi cela a été pareil que les autres, colis non reçu dans un premier temps (3 semaines). J'ai contacté le service client et finalement ils m'ont renvoyé ma commande qui s'était perdue. Je l'ai reçu 3 jours après et je suis aux anges. Il sont vraiment top! J'ai pris russe intense 3 aimants c'est juste magnifique et moi qui n'ai pas l'habitude des faux cils je les ai portés toute l'après-midi sans problèmes tellement ils sont fin et léger. J'adore, je vais les porter tous les jours. Merci.

Idem que tout le monde commande passée le 6 août toujours pas reçue! De plus en regardant de plus près, tous les avis positifs sur ce site semblent frauduleux! Je vais transmettre l’info à la répression des fraudes dès demain.
