Better communication needed from supplier
Communication was not as good as I expected, I had to make contact to find out why my order was delayed. The tree itself was finally delivered and looks ok , we were given a complimentary pack of root grow for the inconvenience we experienced which we appreciated

Delighted! From beginning to end
I’m genuinely delighted with my experience with Mail Order Trees. I ordered a Honey Locust tree and it arrived exactly when they said it would, extremely well packaged and in absolutely beautiful condition.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the tree. I honestly hadn’t expected to receive such a healthy, substantial and well-cared-for specimen from a mail order company. It looked as though it had been carefully selected and handled at every stage.
Mail Order Trees is a family-run business (I think), and it shows in the care they take with both their trees and their service.
My Honey Locust (named “Dolly”) is now happily planted in my garden and looking wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Mail Order Trees again, and I very happily recommend them.
