now it is 3 months i am waiting.. not responding to calls and messages

Never again!!! Not recommendable. My 3boxes have not been delivered yet bound to Visayas until now. It was picked up since Aug.3rd, 2025 and almost same updates are given daily. Now, customer staff was telling thay are hoping no storm or flood to come so it will not be delayed again😭

Horrible expirience. Tried calling the hotline to follow up with agent Chimby regarding my air cargo box but after series of call with no answer the agent blocked me.
I thought their was regulations regarding how to treat their personels. But i think theor personel is the one who needs to have the guidelines on bow to treat their customers!!

No replies to emails , messages, phone calls when you do get an answer they just lie
Unable to track anything
Boxes taking months to arrive that have been opened and stuff taken out
Don’t use

My Parsal baggage now still 85 days not coming.. baggage collecting person said only 40 to 50days maximum after 60days am daily calling & messages no reply no response now 85 days total baggage wait 40kg .. no one send any items trough to Makathi cargo it’s waste of time and irresponsibly persons.. now am claiming to Qatar consumer court because my baggage inside all products now surly damaged that’s a reason

Contact given are always unresponsive both Quezon City and Cavite branch. We went to QC branch personally, they tell us our package is in cavite branch. It's been almost six months. What happened? We've always contact you but no one answers.

I send my package last April 2025 but already 5months still not arrived in my province,,, I follow up many time but there’s no update at all,, I’m so very disappointed because I always send my package to makati express but this happened never again we need justice for our package I’m a OFW working in Saudi Arabia, I work hard for it to send package to my family but this what happened so disappointing, hope you make urgent action for this

Big Zero for this company…..Boxes was sent Feb/2025,its almost the end of August.No customer service that answers the phone for inquires,the “check” box status tracking always has no information to provide.Really?

i wiIl give negative 10 .. send 2 boxes last february until now not yet delivered👿.. I kept asking about my boxes but they are not replying to my messages: Kong himdi nyo pla kaya i deliver ang boxes ng mga costumers nyo wag n kayo mg business .. It’s a hassle at sayang ang pera ng tao.

makati is at theyre worse era why my baggage still delayed its been 8 months maybe my baggage will celebrate anniversaRy too it suckssss never again in makati express cargo

Very bad service!!!!I send my box last April 19,2025 untill now wla parin Ang box ko.pag nag message ka sa Whatsapp number nila auto reply lng Ang sasagot sayo.wla MN lng silang proper na sagot.very poor customer service!!To all my family and friends na gustong magpadala Ng package sa mga mahal nyo sa buhay sa pinas wag na wag nyo ipagkakatiwala box nyo sa company na to kung ayaw nyong magkaroon

I give this company a negative 10 (-10), box was delivered to the house of the agent Jean in san antonio tx, last Oct 2024, i saw the tracking, arrival to the Phil April 30... until now it's still nowhere to be found... very poor customer service, they could'nt give you an answer...what a waste!!! i sent another box thru LBC feb 2025, the recipient got it on may..

So disappointed until now my cargo didnt arrive as expected. It's been 3 months and 7 days yet no sign for date of delivery to think I'm just in Luzon. Never again!

Makati UAE has the worst customer service, when sending them inquiry, you will only get AUTO REPLY always. There is no proper answer with your quiries. My box is now 3 months but still not delivered. It's frustrating that it is still not delivered but it's more frustrating as no one in MAKATI UAE addressing my concern. Worst cargo. Never again. Paying costumer don't deserve this.

My cargo has been at Makati Express Cebu branch since May 10, and until now it hasn’t been delivered to Bacolod. I already arrived in Bacolod and have been messaging their UAE team and calling the Cebu branch multiple times. All I get is: “No booking confirmation yet.”

Very poor coordination and no sense of urgency at all. For a company with “Express” in its name, the service is far from it. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company doesn’t even deserve one. I sent my cargo on November 18, 2024, and they only delivered it on April 29, 2025—almost six months later. What took them so long to deliver a simple box? This is far from normal or acceptable service.
They also never responded to my follow-ups—only seen messages, no replies. That’s REALLY, REALLY BAD SERVICE.
To anyone considering using this cargo company: beware. Think a million times before you trust them with your cargo.

P.S. Most of my chocolates expired before they even arrived.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My cargo boxes were picked up by January 27, 2025 UAE, supposedly arrived at March 17, 2025, evry week from thereon. I was told that it will be transfered to bicol branch, was even texted in capital letters, adamant that it will be delivered the next week unfortunately it was not and then again told me that it will be scheduled again on the following not. MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO is a FRAUD.. its not express as what they told.

Makati Express, hinding hindi na kami magpapadala sa susunod, 9 yrs.nakong nagpapadala sa inyo pero napaka bagal ng process nyo at ung babae na nasa KINGSPOINT EXPRESS & LOGISTIC na walang GMRC, tandaan mo wala kang trabaho qng wala kaming mga OFW na nagpapadala sa MAKATI EXPRESS UAE. Sana matauhan ung office na nasa Karama at pag balik q don pupunta aq mismo para i complain ka din.

My 3 boxes were shipped last September 2024 from the US. They reached the Philippines last January, per tracking. It is now almost April and my boxes have not been delivered yet. IT IS 6 MONTHS ALREADY!!!!
