Bad experience
I ordered 4 Environ products and 2 of them were incorrect, I paid for RAD SHIELD and they sent me RAD ACTIVE ( which is cheaper )
They have Body Oil Forte on the website but they sent the basic one.
I had to sent an email to prompt the shipping more that a week since placing order

Whilst the product is competitively priced, it was over a week late in being delivered. More concerningly, Male Skin ignored three emails chasing delivery I sent completely, not responding at any point. Based on this very poor type of customer service, and having read their reviews in general, I would choose a different company and pay a few pounds extra.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
You won’t receive your items and you will not get a response.

BEWARE!! Ordered a face cream because the website promised quick delivery. Then it simply did not arrive. No emails from them. When I contacted them they had no excuse - just said they would return the money. They have done after a week. What is this site? Is it money laundering?

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They might seem cheap but there’s a reason for that! I placed an order with them for several Aveda products over a month ago, they took my money the same day. Promised a 2-3 day delivery then radio silence. I have sent 9 emails since then both to the advertised email on their website and to the one with supposed confirmation of my order. No reply to any of them. Now I know the reason there is no contact phone number anywhere on their website! One product eventually turned up. Still no sign of the other one. Still not answering my messages and they still have my money.

Don't waste your time & money! Placed an order 4 days ago which was over £200 & today they have cancelled it due to unforseen circumstances??? The item is still available on the website so clearly not out of stock.Have now got to wait & see if I get refunded as reading others reviews seems it may be a problem.They are quick enough taking my money!

Stay well away - item not in stock, replacement did not appear and payment was taken. Lots of AI generated emails but no one you can speak to - only way of getting this resolved is by involving your bank

ITS A FAKE SHOP AND SCAM.

Ordered product I wanted, at a good price, got an email from "Lucy" saying it was out of stock, and they can't get it, offered me a replacement of another unsuitable product.
Tried to reply saying I would like a refund, email bounced as it has a virus.
emailed their customer service address, bounced as not a valid address, no server etc.
Went to shop.... doesn't exists its now a café called Bake..

They appear to have taken the identity of an older business that's now closed, and are using it to SCAM people

Im now getting my money back via the bank, but could well do without the hassle..

This isn't a real store; it’s a trap. They take your money instantly for items they don't even own. Once they have your cash, they completely ghost you. I have sent countless emails, and they have ignored every single one. No product, no communication, and they are actively keeping my money. They are literally stealing from customers at this point. Consider yourself warned. AVOID!!!!

Not the company it used to be! The website overpromises with regards to delivery times. Placed order very early Saturday morning, items arrived Friday afternoon and I'm not far from their base. Maleskin used to be great but I'd order from elsewhere if I needed the items within a reasonable timeframe.

Used to be a good company to buy from now they dont dispatch orders when they say still waiting on an order from 11 days ago. No updates be careful when ordering from here its not the 1st time this has happened to me. They send a generic email saying supplier has let them down then nothing. I can see reading other reviews this is standard now AVOID as now thinking I wont get my money back.

Order placed a week ago, no sign of dispatch yet. Email querying this not acknowledged or answered. Wish I'd read the reviews first! Don't buy from here!

Ordered some Clinique products, which they then didn’t have in stock.. offered an alternative which I have accepted and haven’t heard anything since even thought I’ve emailed several times.

I encourage you to read the reviews before ordering- then don’t do it

Bought items from here to then receive a dodgy over written email explaining how the product ordered isnt in stock. And asking if I want a different product in place of it??? (No, I want the product I ordered!!)
Looking further into other people reviews I see that this site has done this same thing many times to other people too.

Scam. I have reported to my Credit Card company. Please avoid.

Wish I read these reviews before placing an order. As with everyone else, I placed and order then got an email saying they didn't have the product. When you send an email asking for a refund it just bounces and theres no other way of contacting them.

A scam. The hair product Blind Barber 101 Pomade I ordered showed as in stock. But I received an email the day later saying it was out of stock. I requested a full refund and when replying to their email I get a message saying my email contains a virus. Do not order from this company.

Was taken in by decent price on an Aveda product, and paid extra for the next day delivery ahead of going on holiday. I received the product over two weeks later. Their excuse was that they themselves received the product late. When asked three times for a refund for the delivery costs, complete silence. Do not recommend and will not shop there again however low the prices may appear to be.

They have not shipped the goods ordered on the 29th and we are now at the end of the first week of May. No contact number and no reply to various emails! Used them before and had no issues but now it is though they have taken my money and will not send the goods! Beware!!
