Mandale Homes Reviews 

We found the customer service of Mandale Homes to be terrible and we would never even consider buying from them in the future. Conversations with our neighbours on the development have made it clear that the issues we experienced with Mandale are far from isolated - everyone on the development experienced significant issues. We have experienced problem after problem and have had to battle with Mandale to try and get even the most straightforward issues resolved. Frankly I find it unbelieveably hard to trust any of the positive reviews about Mandale Homes.

When challenged about the customer service, we were informed, “we’re not the worst”, by the Mandale representative. For me, that says it all! Never again.

We started the process the end of July 2020 and were in our new home the beginning of November 2020. The buying experience from the developer side was smooth and easy. Sandra and Chantolle could not do more to help with the process. They went above and beyond. Very happy customer here!

Buying my first house was a bit daunting but Sandra at Astral Park made it so simple and easy. She helped me every step of the way, she’s a credit to Mandale Homes. I’m very happy with the build quality of my home, I had very little to add to my snagging list. However the couple of minor things I did have on my snagging list took a long time to get fixed, and the people I spoke to on the after sales team had a bad attitude. Despite this, my experience has been great and thank you Sandra for being so helpful!

Buying our new home during a pandemic was obviously going to be stressful, but this was made easier with the help and guidance we received from Chantolle and Jayne.
We were very impressed with the quality of the build and the fixtures and fittings.
When it came to choosing our fittings we were made to feel very welcome by Jayne who was very professional, friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasure, giving advice where needed. We are very happy with our choices and our finished home and whilst we have faced some problems, as with all new builds, the after sales team have done their best to resolve these in the difficult times.

First time of buying new house direct from developer. Found it to be a relatively stress free experience, mainly due to Debra and Jayne who were helpful and welcoming. It’s accepted that there will probably be issues with a new build as it settles down, and any problems I’ve had have been dealt with expediently by the after sales team, in particular Megan. On the whole, it’s been a positive experience.

We are more than happy with our new home built by Mandale the quality and the overall finish is very good-our sales advisor Jayne Gibson guided us through the buying process giving very good advice and any problems we have had she was always there to help and sort out.

Having looked at many properties in the past with a view to buying and having spoken to lots of sales reps, Jayne was fabulous when I first came to look round Mandale Homes. She was knowledgeable and answered my many (many) questions. Apart from a few expected settling issues with a new build, I've generally been very happy with my purchase from Mandale Homes.

We bought a mandale home in Ripon and we are very happy, it’s a small development and the houses are stone like brick which is lovely and rustic, thoughtfully planned inside but I would have to say the Sales person Jayne was absolutely brilliant, she was very helpful but not pushy, she went above and beyond to get the best deal for us and to get all of those little extras that wouldn’t usually get included. We did have a little setback on mandales part on completion day but Jayne was there to support us all the way and done everything in her power to get the blip sorted. As with all new builds there are a few snags and little problems but these were soon sorted. Again Jayne was onsite everyday to point us in the right direction.
