Great experience - great customer service, kept me up to date throughout and everyone in the office was really helpful

We just bought our first house and I wanted to leave a review to say how fantastic Megan was - she was really helpful and communicative throughout and didn’t make us feel silly about any questions we had! Thanks to her it was a great experience with Manning Stainton.

Top notch bunch of people all around, very professional, very helpful. Keep it up.

We recently underwent the process of purchasing a house through Manning Stainton Adel. Whilst unfortunately the sale did not proceed we wanted to write a review as felt we were really well supported by the team, in particular Izzy. From our first enquiries about the property, through the processing of offers, as well as her assistance after the sale, Izzy always went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated her regular updates and valued how keen she was to chase things and how responsive she was to any queries we had. We really appreciate all the team's hard work.

Manning Stainton have been great. Weekly updates on what's happening. Lots of communication. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Thank you to Bel and the team for being so lovely and helping us through the process.

Enthusiastic & capable support. Responsive. Enabled us to sell property at original selling price.

I recently used Manning Stainton Adel to sell my property. Pre sales service was great from the whole team. My move manager Yvonne was excellent throughout the post sales process, she was always obtainable and kept in me touch with regular updates. She was also very proactive in chasing up solicitors as we worked towards a challenging completion.

We had a really great experience with Manning Stainton. Very easy to arrange a viewing and efficient responses to all queries. Most importantly they provided great support during the purchasing process and helped to get completion over the line. Yvonne in particular was a great help.

Despite some demanding (prospective) purchasers, MS were positive and friendly throughout the process and provided a very efficient and professional service. Could not be faulted. All staff excellent but special thanks to Annabel Ifould.

Tom, Izzy, and Joanne did a brilliant job throughout our first home-buying experience. From the initial viewing with Tom, to Izzy’s support during the process, and finally Joanne guiding us through to completion, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

All of them were incredibly helpful, supportive, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Thank you all for your help—we really appreciate it!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Girling on my first house purchase. He was amazing along with all the team at Adel. I would highly recommend them

Izzy Denton has been really helpful throughout the process - prompt in communication and understanding of our situation.

Very friendly staff in Adel branch, Matthew, Izzy, Belle were brilliant. Prompt replies to any queries.
Professional services every time.
Yvonne Jones = fantastic with the move part, I could not have got through the sale & purchase without her. It was an epic journey but we got there.
Can't thank you all enough. THANK YOU!

A friendly and professional service. Excellent communication too. I would highly recommend.

Izzy & Bel in my latest transaction with them have been brilliant.

Tom from the Adel branch at Manning Stainton has been a great help with answering my questions and making things run smoothly regarding my purchase process. He is a great asset for the company and has good people skills.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a property with Manning Stainton. Izzy Denton has been our primary point of contact so far and has been brilliant. She has answered our queries promptly and has negotiated with the vendors to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Thank you Izzy

I sold my property through Manning Stainton, Adel and Yvonne dealt with the post sale process. Yvonne was always contactable when needed, had great communication and was very personable. She went above and beyond to support the sale going through as smoothly as possible, with a challenging chain which made the process as stress free as possible for me. Thank you!
