Last October bought a property advertised with Manning Stainton in Adel and in January this year sold a property again using Manning Stainton. I have to say that Manager Mr. Matthew Pank has my full respect, is professional, straightforward, no bull, and a really nice guy. His staff, Annabell Ifould & Jack Grantham are both enthusiastic, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

I used Manning Stainton Adel to sell my deceased aunts flat. From the start they were very helpful in guiding me through the process and making contact with the services needed to make this happen eg valuation for probate, energy assessment assessor for the certificate etc. They also agreed to read the meters on completion - all this was very helpful as I don’t live in the area and didn’t have local contacts.
Manning Stainton gave a fair valuation and the flat sold very quickly - they obviously have good local knowledge and knew who the property would appeal to.
