We are happy with how Manning Stainton managed our house sale for us. A special shoutout to our Move Manager, Charlotte Poutney, who was excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was able to answer any questions we had, and explained things in a clear and concise manner.

Kyle has been amazing. He helped us look around several properties, communicated through emails as we’re deaf it’s a lot of effort he did for us and even when the house we loved was sold, he supported us through the whole process. Thanks to him, we were able to secure our dream home by being the highest bidder.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service Kyle provided. We must have caused him a lot of stress, but he stayed professional throughout.

First time buyer so wasn’t sure on the process but Macy was very helpful. Very quick and easy process with good communication.

This is the first time we have moved for 42 years and we have felt very fortunate to have had Lesley Alexander as our Move Manager. Lesley was very good at keeping us up to date on all aspects of our move. When the purchase of our first chosen property fell through, at a late stage, Lesley immediately found us more properties to view, which took away a lot of stress at the time.

lesley alexander made the move a lot easier taking all the pressure from me, i was buying and selling so lesley was the communication to all concerned. She was pro active right from the start keeping me updated on each move. I couldnt have done this without stress if it wasnt for her, i did use another estate agent as well and found their communication nowhere near as professional and active unless I contacted them. Kyle is a superstar! He kept us up to date with all developments and was brilliant at chasing solicitors for us.

It has been a long journey from going up for sale to completion, and not the most enjoyable experience.
Also I did want to mention Lesley Alexander, my Move manager...she kept me informed regularly throughout via email, so not left wondering.
