Ellie was very diligent in keeping me updated as to developments and providing guidance regarding marketing and pricing and regularly checking in with me. A real pleasure to work with.

Great experience all round at Mannings. Debbie was excellent throughout the listing and viewings process, dealt with all questions promptly and even worked to negotiate buyers towards my asking price.
Sara was brilliant at handling the sale and purchase (both properties with Mannings), managing communication between all parties involved and keeping me up to date with everyone’s position, never left guessing.

I don’t write reviews very often. However, this time I want to share my experience that I had with Manning Stainton - Pudsey branch- such a brilliant team- professional, great communication and very friendly. Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch…
Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch are absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Our sellers' agent and our solicitors, frankly, weren't pulling their weight — but Gemma and Rochelle kept on at them and pushed things forward, getting us answers far quicker than we'd have managed on our own.
The real standout moment though: with both of us juggling twins at home, Rochelle personally offered to drive out to the other agents' branch — some distance away — to pick up our keys and bring them back to us at Pudsey. That's above and beyond by anyone's measure.
They're personable, genuinely kind, endlessly helpful, and just lovely to deal with throughout. Gemma and Rochelle are a real credit to Manning Stainton — thank you both so much!

We are so glad you enjoyed your experience with our team during what is always a very hectic time, especially when managing a busy household with young children. We are happy to hear that our staff members were able to step in and take the pressure off by actively chasing the other parties to keep your move on track. Going the extra mile to personally collect and deliver your keys is exactly the kind of supportive service we aim to provide, and we are pleased this gesture made such a positive difference for your family. Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words about their helpful and caring approach. We will certainly pass your lovely feedback along to them.
