Great service, 100% on time!! Good Quality, great staff

Began trying to order calendars end of November. They took credit card payment Dec 3. Still haven't received product (Jan 14), although we were repeatedly promised delivery before Christmas. Had to call repeatedly to get the order. When I called (again) to find out what was happening, the representative told me they would check into where the product was and abruptly hung up on me. Representative did not call back, but sent email stating delivery would be Jan 17, with no explanation.

Phoned and ordered Calendars, three weeks later I realized that I had not recieved a proof and phoned back. There was no sign of my ordered. We recieved our calendars late and most of our customers have calendars from other companies.

I stated in my very first email that I only wanted the pens if they were blue ink...it took 5 emails, along with a paid proof before I got the answer...which resulted in me canceling the order. I'm now checking my credit card to make sure I have been reimbursed

I was quoted a standard delivery time of 2-3 weeks on all orders, following approval of the proof. It was six weeks from the day I approved the proof until I actually received my product. I am happy with what was delivered, though it was late for the originally intended purpose.

This is our second order with this company. Ordered seven years ago and had a great experience with the company then. Just reordered Plates again and again had no problems, produc5 was delivered in the time they specified. Would order again if needed.

A little problem with getting the custom color ink I'd wanted. Closest they could come was one color lighter. Still, printing was excellent, delivery sooner than promised.

Order process was easy, proofs were easy to respond to. Received my order today, very pleased with the product & service. Good job! Thanks

They charged my credit card weeks ago, and then they didn't answer my emails. I have no idea whether I'm ever going to receive the products I ordered.

Update: After I posted this review, they contacted me, and I am hopeful that this will be resolved.

Update 5/4: Just received a shipment. I wish communication had been better so I could have clarified details about how I wanted the items.

I'm always pleased and satisfied with the service I get!
