Ich habe 2025 während der BlackFridayAktion gekauft. Versand hat bisschen länger gedauert (vorgesehen waren 1-3, dass es in den Versand ging - ging tatsächlich am 5 Tag in den Versand) - geliefert wurde innerhalb Europas (Deutschland) mit FEDEx.

Ich hatte ein Telefonat mit einer sehr netten Dame sollte aber eine Mail / Kontaktnachricht schicken. Die Antwort erfolgte schnell (innerhalb von 24h).

Alles in Allem ich bestelle bei der nächsten Aktion wieder! Danke euch

Avec les commentaires négatifs, j'avais soucis de ne pas recevoir le masque commandé mais surprise positive, il est arrivé dans le délai imparti en Suisse, bien emballé et dans le bon colori 😀

Despite paying for FedEx shipping the company decided to use their own shipping partner of choice, causing package to be delivered extremely late and after my snorkelling holidays. The companies solution? Refund of 2€.. Would I have known the company would ignore my choice of courier I’d have shopped elsewhere as I was specifically looking for FedEx in regards to shipping speed. Simply said - unprofessional.

Disappointing experience with poor transparency and zero accountability
I placed an order in mid-April for a simple item — a pair of diving fins — only to be told three weeks later that the item was on backorder, with no indication of this at the time of purchase. The excuse? Italian public holidays.
Frankly, blaming shipping delays on a single day off in May is almost comical, especially for a company that presents itself as an international retailer.
I’ve since ordered a similar product from the U.S. it arrived quickly, and the quality is far superior.
Sadly, Mareshop reflects a broader trend: declining product standards, inflated delivery times, and a frustrating attitude of indifference toward customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting even the most basic level of professionalism.

J'ai passé une commande en tant qu'invité. Après sa j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation qu'il avait bien reçu ma demande... J'ai été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire... Voilà 2 semaine que j'attends...

Negozio eccellente! Merce venduta a prezzi competitivi, servizio clienti impeccabile, mi hanno costantemente aggiornato sullo stato dell’ordine e ho ricevuto tutto con largo anticipo, considerato che avevo ordinato un articolo non presente in stock che avrebbero dovuto reperire dalla casa produttrice. Consigliatissimo, saranno sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i miei futuri acquisti

Los artículos no son como la foto, todo plástico, una estafa con mayúsculas, dicen de piel unas botas q compré, mentira, calidad pésima. Han tardado 3 semanas en llegar y el envoltorio desde china pesimo, no vienen ni en caja, una tomadura de pelo y la devolución no te garantizan q te la reembolsen, pierden ellos, pierden clientes y el boca a boca de su mal hacer se va a propagar, pierden clientes.

brutta esperienza con un paio di pinne c4 di umberto pellizzari, ordinate a fine luglio 2024 e arrivate tutte graffiate , dopo mille email mi e' stato detto che era normale che arrivassero cosi' , mi sono accontentato di comprare un articolo nuovo ma tutto graffiato , ma la cosa piu' grave e' stata che dopo un paio di mesi , dopo uno scarso utilizzo la gommina bianca delle pale si e' scollata , per farla breve dopo svariate email il negozio in questione se ne uscito dicendo che per l'azienda c4 era normale, e che non comprometteva la funzionalita' delle pinne , secondo un mio parere, non tecnico a qualcosa servono quelle striscie di gomma , se no', non aveva senso istallarle nelle pale , in fine il negozio mi ha detto che non poteva effettuare un reso , a tutto questo, sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto presso questo negozio e anche degli articoli della c4 di umberto pellizzari , visto che tutte e due le aziende non sono riuscite a darmi una soluzione , la cosa piu assurda che danno pure la garanzia sul prodotto.

Ho recentemente acquistato da mareshop e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto,assistenza molto disponibile,precisa la spedizione e il pacco è arrivato in perfette condizioni.
tornerò per ulteriori acquisti

Producto que no se parece a lo que ofertado en la web. No hay forma de contactar con ellos para hacer la devolución por lo que me hace pensar que he perdido mi dinero y es una empresa fraudulenta.

Brauchte ein Ersatzteil für mein Schiff. Am Sonntagabend bestellt, am Montag 6.36 bearbeitet und zu FedEx gegeben und am Dienstag wie avisiert um 14.00h angekommen. Und das von Italien nach Penemünde, MV, GER nicht gerade ein Logistik Hub. Auch die automatisierte Information perfekt. Danke.

qualche problema con la conferma d'ordine dal cell, poi con l'aiuto dell'assistenza che ha risposto tempestivamente l'ordine è stato inserito e con uno sconto per riparare al disagio iniziale. Aspetto che arrivino le casse per dare un giudizio definitivo ma al momento esperienza molto positiva.

Recently we had an issue with the Marco UP3/E Electronic water pressure system pump I installed last year on our boat in the USA. (A fantastic unit !)

Contacted Marcos’ very responsive representative in Florida and they quickly agreed to send me a warranty replacement. But I also wanted to buy an additional pump as a back up, unfortunately they were unable to supply that so directed me to a retailer.

Rather than just purchase from the same place I had initially, I searched and came across Mareshop.eu The pricing was substantially better (even with shipping) and nervously decided to give it a try.

I was absolutely amazed ! Near immediate shipping plus we got constant updates on the shipping progress via them and DHL and most shockingly... the pump from Italy actually arrived just before the one sent from Florida ! Even better it’s also an updated version compared to the warranty replacement unit I received and seems to address what failed in the initial unit.

Needless to say will certainly be looking at them for future purchases !
