I ordered 300g of 30 inch weft hair.
The hair is not good quality, only had them in for a few weeks and I am having to buy new hair from a different company as they tangle, they are thick and coarse.
Not smooth or silky at all
And they shredd so much.
The hair at the end is thin .
The quality is poor it’s not double drawn .
Took ages for the hair to arrive.
Won’t be buying from this company again

I’ve never even used trust pilot before but had to write this review. I have never before been so disgusted and shocked by a company. I would urge anyone considering buying there extensions from here to get them from literally anywhere else. This is a scam website that makes false claims and is trying to squeeze money out of you.

I ordered some extensions that, when came, where not like the curl pattern in the picture of them. Since the website states they do refunds if you get in touch within a week, I ordered a different pattern of curls and then emailed market hair extension as instructed to sort the refund.

I didn’t hear back for over 2 weeks.

With the second extensions I ordered, I paid 17 pound for express delivery in 3-5 days. They never came. They weren’t even shipped a week later, and on the website the product had under it ‘ships in 24 hours’.
Finally the company got back in touch with me after weeks of emailing and messaging on their chat feature asking where my second order was, as well as trying to sort my refund. They simply said that they don’t reccomend refunding and that a lot of money would be deducted from the refund.

It’s an absolutely disgusting, vile, useless excuse for a business. Their customer service is terrible, the extensions are not good quality or alike to their pictures, their website is full of lies. I would give them -100 stars if I could. Steer clear.

This my 2nd order. It simply didn't arrive. I paid through PayPal luckily so have put in a complaint and request for refund. Hair Market Extensions simply didn't acknowledge my emails requesting a tracking number at least. They simply don't care. Really poor. Left my client waiting too long so I lost the job/income and loss of income in the outlay to buy and no product delivered. I'm reporting them to the ACCC and police.

Parcel arrived days late (payed extra for 2-4 day shipping), too late for my clients hair appointment and after contacting markethairextensions to return the still FedEx bagged items when they did eventually arrive (says in their site I have seven days to return and offering full refund for unopened items) I now find they are offering credit note and upon me not wanting credit as it’s their mistake in posting standard delivery rather than express they are not replying at all, crickets!!, they are mailing often begging for good reviews and now I know why….. they’re terrible, China based and don’t care at all as to fairness and decency, I’m a stylist of 30 years do not use markethairextensions ever!, they are unaccountable and dishonest people. Avoid!!

Ordered ten days ago, have not received the order or any emails with order updates

The extensions are so lightweight and soft, and they are a perfect color match for black hair. It matches my actual hair very well. I will stick with this website from now on, It is so perfect!! I love it.

I would like to share with my very bad experience with this company
The hair extensions I got was so dry and very bad quality I ended up with destroyed holidays and I only had them in for one month,they got all tangled and I nearly lost my own hair too. I tried to contact a service representative of this “lovely” company and there was no help as they said - hair was already used !
Of course they were used as that’s what they were ordered for!!! I paid €320 and it’s only lasted for 1 month :(((
Please girls never order from this supplier anything as you will feel ripped off and very disappointed!!!

The hair arrived very quickly (9 days from ordering).
It looks absolutely beautiful and a better curl pattern for me than it looked in the photos on line. Waiting for an appointment with my Hairdresser to have them installed - cannot wait

I'm so glad I got these. I am a stylist and I was really satisfied with everything, perfect color match, great quality, easy to style, and very natural looking. If you want add the volume and length of your own hair, these are absolutely a GREAT BUY!!! Highlt recommended!

Well what can I say. Ordered Jet black hair extensions. And darkest brown was delivered.
Emailed them to ask for return address got email back asking for further info. Sent pictures and said I ordered jet black these are brown.
The response was, it can look different colours in different lights. We will give you 5% off and you can dye them the colour you want… are you actually for real.. I ordered black I want black not what ever colour you send me. I have now asked a total of 6 times for the return address and ignored every time.
Return address and refund my money you absolute scammers!!! It has been raised with PayPal so I will get my money back.
Disgusting!! Taking peoples hard earned money and sending them out wrong orders, telling them to dye them.
I’d advise people to stay well clear!!! Don’t part with your money as you’d have a job getting it back

Very poor disgusting customer service. They DO NOT refund money,it's a scam. They ignore emails and I have been asking for a returns address but all they say is they can give me discount if I buy more hair. All I've asked for is to return the hair and a full refund which they are ignoring. DO NOT buy from their company it's a scam. I've lost over 300 pounds.

Ordered 14th May still haven't received. Emailed twice no response, spoke via chat twice once I was told email team would get back to me which obviously they didn't then I was simply told to track my order - like I hadn't already doe that. £6.95 to post a few hair extensions and it takes this long and you can't get anyone to respond to you??? Not impressed!!

Ordered 200 nano extentions. Recieved 100. Emailed 3 times an been ignored!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Ordered 26inch hair extensions and almost half of the hair in the pack wasn’t 26inch. Sent an email with pictures and asked for half a refund. They have been giving me bad excuses as to why and only will give me 18% off my next order. I will NOT be ordering from them again and in the process of trying to get my money back. AVOID

Absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service. I kept getting told different time scales for these to turn up. Contacted them via chat 5 times for them to keep telling me that someone would contact me via email never did then my order turned up a week late and only had half my order. All they say is we will get someone to contact you once checked with the warehouse. Means il have to wait another 3 weeks for my order if that’s the case. Joke of a company!!!!

This is the worst hair on the market. Thin and keeps shredding. Lasted 3 weeks before I couldn’t stand it anymore. Contacted the company customer service none existent. Do not buy from here totally rubbish.

My partner ordered me hair extensions from here for my Christmas . In November!!! They sent the wrong order , which he sent back & the company have now failed to send the correct order. This was my main Christmas present and it is now 3 days after Christmas & I have no present. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE , it is a SCAM. Won’t answer any emails or phone calls

I bought tape ins with an express delivery on the 18th Dec of 2-3 days .Now the seller ( be lucky I’m not stating your name ) has offered me a part refund and wishes to take restocking fees -
Please note : 4 days after I received an email saying that my parcel was shipped and I will receive it in 12 days but it has never left the warehouse and also I received an email saying they cancelled my order and wish to refund me partially at the same time .

Now I had to escalate to PayPal because that issue isn’t gonna resolve by talking to the seller .
I’m awaiting for PayPal to resolve it now and hopefully I will get my whole £92.90 back and that for a 20 pieces Tape in -

If I could give no stars I would. Awful customer service refusing a refund even tho the extensions have been permed so badly that most of the hair is all snapped off and what’s left looks like a few strands of super noodles. Not only that they have rust stains where the clips are where it’s actually stained the hair, Bright orange. AND 3 clips are broken. The hair is snapping so bad Cus it’s so chemically damaged it’s completely stringy. And all they will offer is a max of 15% refund.
I asked for a full one if I send them back they said they can’t garentee they will receive it?
