Parahair should not be trusted! Extremely poor quality. Despicable service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Tell everyone you know. They should not be in business.

This company is a fraud the number online doesn’t work! The hair is trash synthetic hair not human hair! After one wash is supper knotty and sheds like crazy!!! Don’t waste your money you can email all you want they don’t respond or you deal with a bunch of idiots!!!!

I paid for my hair 7 days ago, was supposed to be 3 day delivery. My order did not get sent. I sent multiple requests for help. No one is responding from the company. It looks like I got scammed for hundreds of dollars.

Quick delivery and good prices for good quality hair

First hair looks really shiney and thick but after one use hair gets super knotty, dry and you lose more than half the thickness!! Pretty sure the hair is synthetic not remi at all! No matter how much leave in conditioner or masks you put in the hair remains dry and knotty and sheds so so much!!!

Received the wrong color. And no one has contacted me back after 4 days after an email

I ordered the ash blonde and they have sent me bleach blonde which is no good, I have sent them a message and they have not bothered getting back to me, so now I have wasted my money on a product I carnt use, I will never buy again.

Recently brought hair extensions as I usually do on their website and they were so thin and unwearable, I also payed £16 for 2-3 days delivery and it took a week to come. Emailed them to ask if they’d changed supplier because the hair isn’t as good as is it used to be and is so thin there’s no way you can make it look good, they said they’d give me a 5% refund (which is £3.50 on a £70 purchase?!!! On something that can’t be used.) I told them no thanks and that I’m extremely upset, especially being a student I have to save up to buy something for that price, they ignored my email so am seeking legal advice from my dads lawyers and taking it as far as I can. This company is shambles and needs to be shut down the absolute scam. Had to go on their instagram and comment on their posts to even get a response, don’t run a business if you have no customer service skills. Lost a loyal customer. do not buy from here!

been happy with the extensions over all, only down fall is length of time it take to receive them and sometimes color is slightly off

They have taken my money and not send out the item I paid for 3-4 day express delivery they lie to you and I have seen them respond to peoples reviews they do not refund you I am having to fight for a refund and they take taken me off their livechat as they dont have any answers because they arent willing to refund you please listen to the reviews

The hair is good quality, the price is OK, and the service is excellent! They answer every question, they are very friendly, and I haven't had any problems with my orders. I will definitely buy it from ParaHair again!

I ordered curly dark hair and they sent to me straight light brown hair. I payed to sent it back with the address that they gave however it never arrived there, so it come back to my house. They didn’t give any support and even a refund.

I made a complain about a purchase that I did at 23/03/23. I purchased 2 pieces of 20 inches, DARK BROWN CURLY HAIR, however I received a LIGHT BROWN HAIR, STRAIGHT A BIT WAVE HAIR.
My hair Dresser recommended ParaHair once he purchased Extention hair twice. He applied the extension hair in my head expecting after the hair get wet plus with Active/enhance curls it will get curly, but it didn’t happened, so he had to cut the extension hair of the size of my hair which is on my shoulders.
I really disappointed because I bought a product and I received a different one, it is not curly hair at all, it is a straight hair made to curly, and even dark brown colour.

I always buy my stuff from Parahair. Speedy shipping and great products. Use these products often.

The extensions are so lightweight and soft, and they are a perfect color match for my actual hair. It looks super natural. When I received the parcel, the hair was protected well, I am very happy with this point. I will stick with this website from now, these are so perfect!!
