KINDLE SCAM
massgenie sold me a kindle paperwhite and sent a regular kindle in poor condition and when I contacted them massgenie said they did not have the paperwhite kindle to send me they did this to all of the buyers 500 of us and the two choices was to send it back or keep it at a discount to avoid the hassle of sending it back I took the discount and traded it in with amazon I lost 4 dollars in the deal but didn't have to deal with sending it back this was the first and last time I will deal with massgenie they have done this before do a search on google BEWARE OF MASSGENIE

Surprisingly good deal.
Nest thermo stat arrived rather quickly. It was genuine and I was only charged the amount expected even though the shipping label stated the original price. I would use MassGenie again

I ordered some board shorts from…
I ordered some board shorts from Quicksilver from MassGenie. They approved my order and via email approved it. Then via email, they disapproved it. I called them by phone to ask why. Then they "reset" my order so that I could "reorder" the board shorts...I await the results of that order now.

Ordered Paperwhite kindle and their affiliate Dealguru shipped out a bunch of beat up (supposedly reconditioned) non-paperwhite versions. Return process is not prompt. Complete waste of time and effort.

Poor seller. Attempted what appeared to be a "bait and switch". Advertised a paperwhite 7th generation, but sent a poor condition regular kindle. Massgene should provide a voucher for a paperwhite 7th generation instead of acting like they are doing us a favor by offering a refund. They already have to refund the purchase. They are not doing us a favor.

What a bogus site
What a bogus site. I bought a "Power Deal" and was told a day later, after I received confirmation from AMEX that the transaction was approved, that my payment was declined. Declined from MassGenie, maybe but not from AMEX. They like to advertise these pretty deals but do not back them. If it looks too good to be true, it is. Shop somewhere else and save your time arguing with these people.

Made purchase "buy now"
Made purchase "buy now", NOT A POWER DEAL, and it was cancelled by seller. I returned to MassGenie and the item was still listed. I again made the purchase only for it to be cancelled once again. I reached out to the Customer Service department. They could not explain why the sales was cancelled but offered that maybe the seller didn't have the size. However, if the seller ran out of the size, then the website should reflect that.
