Très déçue par l installation de notre volet roulant !
Il manque une fixation cela fait 10 jours !!! . La résistance des garnitures sur le poteau ne semble pas robuste on nous a vendu la gamme au dessus de ce que nous avions vu en magasin ... et les découpe faite sur nos margelles ne sont pas nettes et les installateur ont laissé cela comme ça !!!
Pas vraiment satisfaire j attends une intervention rapide de sud est piscine l installateur

Je viens vers vous pour savoir si c’est normal que mon robot ne me nettoie pas la piscine à 100 % ligne d’eau comprise.
Après avoir essayé tous les modes, il me reste plein de traces.

I bought a Dolphin E10 from Dohenys pools in the winter so I would hopefully get a better deal. After the season warmed, I tried using the vacuum only to find the basket that collects the debris has a hole in it. Dohenys would not cover it but recommended that I get with Maytronics. Maytronics told me they would send another in 5-10 days. Its now coming up on 2 months and I still dont have the part. Barbara at Dohenys has tried to give some help in dealing with Maytronics but that has not done anything ever. This place wants to sell their product but not make things good when anyone has issues and when you are buying a $500 product that cant be used, it is not good. I will never buy another product from this place or recommend anyone else to do so.

Im surprised to see low ratings on Maytronics. We have owned the Olphin Explorer E70 for 2 years. We live in Lake Havasu where summers reach 125 and never ending blow sand from the desert. This cleaner has.a full time job in our pool. I had a minor problem last year and filed a claim online and mailed it to a repair facility in my state. Was rented to me quickly. Ass summer begins the cleaner had a problem with the led panel. I fedex it Monday and it was returned to me today, Saturday, just 5 days later and with a new cable to boot!! The cleaner works great and when there is a newer model we will be buying from Maytronics. The warranty service we received says it all.

robot qui fonctionne 4 saisons et puis tombe en panne....il faut racheter tout le bloc moteur pour 600€ alors que la panne provient d'une pièce d'usure a quelques euros

Mon robot Dolphin T35 disfontio ait a la réouverture de la piscine, quelques jours avant la fin de garantie. J' ai contacté le SAV, renvoyé le robot. Moteur changé dans un premier temps, le robot à fonctionné deux jours avant de disfonctioner à nouveau. J'ai recontacté le SAV par téléphone, expliqué le problème. Ils m'ont envoyé une nouvelle platine de commande. Aucun problème ! Merci à mon interlocuteur Alexandre, professionnel, courtois et réactif.

Service client déplorable j’ai acheté un robot aspirateur qui est tombé en panne moteur peut de temps après la fin de garantie (en aucun cas de mon fait ou d’une mauvaise utilisation de ma part). Il veulent maintenant rien savoir et que je paie un nouveau moteur 600 euros
Passez votre chemin et acheter une autre marque

On vous appâte avec une offre et un bon d'achat de 200€ pour l'achat d'un robot Dolphin sauf que c'est une arnaque !!! Partie en vacances, il semble qu'un bon d'achat me soit parvenu par recommandé mais pas de chance, étant absente le bon est reparti et je n'en ai jamais vu la couleur. Lorsque je découvre la supercherie, on me répond "l'offre est terminée, dommage". Voilà in fine, j'ai payé mon robot 200€ plus cher qu'ailleurs peut-être... Bref ne vous faites pas appâter par leur offre alléchante, vous allez vous faire berner !!!!

Non acquistate i dolphin della maytronics. Ho un Dolphin Maxi Kart Gyro, una vera ciofeca!!! Nonostante la massima disponibilità del venditore al quale va tutta la mia stima nel trovarmi una soluzione, il pulitore non sale sulle pareti di mosaico, ma solo (da prove eseguite) su pareti di PVC. Non filtra bene l'acqua lasciandola "torbida" a malapena raccoglie le foglie, dove i filtri i riempiono subito. Il cavo di alimentazione dopo solo mezza stagione è diventato appiccicoso al tatto e il giroscopio è più uno specchietto per le allodole che un vero strumento, dato che lascia ampie aree non pulite. La comodità di pulire i filtri vorrei capire dove sta, il mio vecchio sacchetto filtrava 100 volte meglio e lo pulivo con minor tempo. Mi sono persino recato alla fiera di Bologna per incontrare i rappresentanti della casa, ma sono stato "rimbalzato" senza risolvere nulla, neppure un semplice tentativo di concigliazione o comprensione, verso me cliente. Con quelle persone, ho lavorato 8 anni al loro interno e purtroppo devo dire che non si smetiscono mai. Posso produrre foto, mail e testimonianze di quanto questo prodotto è penoso ad un costo per aggiunta non trascurabile. Complimenti maytronics!! e vuoi essere la num.1 al mondo.....

I was a dealer for Maytronics. My M200 stopped working every year: I send it in via UPS. They lost the machine which was undoubtedly delivered to their facility in Duluth. I chatted with them, the chat person, a human agent, was dumb like hell, did nit read what i wrote asked me the same questions over and over again and finally quit the chat. Their customer line never takes any call. I met the managers and sales people from their headquarter in Israel on a pool trade fair. They were all very friendly and competent but they obviously don'T know what is going on in their US subsidiary.

Très mécontent de mon alarme de piscine "Espio Sensor", en panne, qui a été envoyée au SAV Maytronics il y a plus de deux mois (courant juin 2023).

A ce jour (fin aout 2023), mon pisciniste m'indique :
- qu'il n'a aucune nouvelle du SAV Maytronics
- et qu'ils sont actuellement en congés...

S'agissant d'un équipement de sécurité, obligatoire qui plus est, il est Innacceptable que le SAV du fabricant :
- mette autant de temps pour assurer la réparation (nous devons en être à plus de 10 semaines)
- ne fournisse pas un équipement équivalent, si la réparation dure
- ne fournisse pas d'information sur le délai de réparation
- et en plus, soit en "congés", en pleine saison d'utilisation des piscines...

UPDATE: Finally did hear back from someone and they were very nice and apologetic. Asked if I would send the old one back to them and they would send a loaner while they looked at it. They overnighted me another one...thank you!!!! Said they woudl send a return label but never got one or heard back and I don' know who contacted me.....so planning to hold onto the old one for another week and then I am just going to throw it out. Appreciate them reaching back out and sending me one....just would like to get rid of the old one and would have liked some follow up.

We bought this cleaner for our pool and at first we really liked it and it was doing a great job. Then one day we go to pull out of the water and got shocked as it was electrifying the water with no protection in the device or anything. I understand that things happen and just wanted to get it repaired. I reached out to customer service and have reached out multiple times now....with ZERO response from them. For what you pay for the product, I would think they would care enough to respond....especially if people are getting shocked by their product. I have been waiting to hear back from them about replacing it or fixing it....but now I guess I will just have to buy another brand.....money wasted. I would recommend getting another brand because obviously you don't want to be shocked by the water or the poor customer service.

Bonjour, j'avais esperé un robot piscine durable avec cette marque Dolphin, en mettant le prix. Il a fait 2 saisons. Juste après la fin de garantie une panne avec la réparation impliquant de changer le moteur, etc etc.. plus de 550 euros de réparation après 2 ans. Donc à fuir et je m'interroge sur une obsolescence programmée.

Since 2020 and after 2 new Dolphins, a BIO M5 and a S300i BIO I can truly say, they suck. The BIO M5 did not climb the walls in our BIO Pool. Maytronics blamed it on the pool.. Eventually swapped it for a S300i BIO. This one climbs the walls perfectly but has really poor performance on the floor. It just can't clean as it should. Small particles get swirled around in stead of being removed. A manual sweep with a brush over the pool floor marks a clean trail after the robot was in there for 6hours in a 10x4m pool. Maytronics customer service is worth close to nothing. Friendly yes, results NO.

Avoid this company like the plague. They once upon a time made good products but my god the entire company is a mess. My $1300 robot died in under a year! Mind you my pool season is only 3-4 months and that's all it took to kick the bucket. Very poor quality product. I've been bamboozled and this is easily the worst purchase I've ever made.

Customer service sucks. My online account just disappeared randomly leading to another headache when checking up on RMA status. BEWARE of their rebates. They don't inform you in needs to be submitted within 30 days. They sneakily denied my rebate because it was submitted a few days after a month of purchase. They refused to honor it. I was never informed of the denial either, they just bank on you forgetting about.

Overall this company is a headache to deal with. The product sucks, the app sucks, the website is broken and deleted my account, their rebate system is sneaky and get ready to pay your own shipping for your RMA.

I Paid a premium price and received crappy product and crappy service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mon avis concerne les alarmes de piscines de cette marque. Aucun Sav si elle n’est plus sous garantie vous pouvez la jeter à la poubelle … une honte ! Aucune réparation possible la marque ne le fait pas et vous propose de vous en vendre une nouvelle fort cher… un bon business , je déconseille fortement cette marque pour les alarmes. A l’heure où l’écologie est une priorité bravo pour la pollution : jeter et racheter. A fuir !

579€ pour le changement du câble du robot de piscine T55i dolphin maytonic !
Cela s'appelle se moquer du monde non ?

Dolphin pool cleaner is very poor. Apart from its fine particle filter which does work well. It fails to pick up most of the stuff on the pool floor. It doesn’t climb the walls. Fails to do any steps. Misses the corners. Is very heavy to lift out. App settings don’t make it do anything different except extend the cycle time. Waste of money. I’m going back to the much simpler and cheaper Polaris option which doesn’t need electricity supplies, is much lighter and actually sucks up everything.

Acheté un robot piscine M400 ce mois ci. Un peu déçu du produit pour le prix : 1600 euros.
Il ne monte pas fort sur la mosaique malgre la mousse spéciale. Il est lourd et n est pas très intelligent dans sa façon de balayer le fond et parois ….
