AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

This company sold me a faulty couch.. both sofas broke within a week and when contacted, the initially ignored me then said they’ll sort a replacement... 2 weeks on I still haven’t heard anything and messaged multiple times, just to be ignored. I’m now looking to go down the route small claims court and reporting to trading standards.

How this company is trading I have no idea. The level of professionalism is digusting. My old couch that I threw away for one of their “new” ones was in better condition. At least it lasted me years... this one didn’t last a week.

Absolutely disgusting. Rip people off then ignore them.

Shocking company, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I ordered a radiator from MCC with a promised delivery date of 15th March. It has been over a week since then and it still has not arrived. This has held up my entire property renovation project. And worst thing is they just don’t care and don’t do anything to resolve it. I will never use this company again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered a gazebo, leg bracket broke after 3 uses, impossible to get any response by phone or email. Just want replacement bracket.

Ordered a wooden kitchen for our daughters birthday. They sent us a bed. Thought we’d arranged for them to collect and redeliver the correct item. They took the incorrect item and never delivered the kitchen. We were still expecting the item to be delivered as they had sent us a tracking number. When my partner chased it up with the delivery company (DHL) they had no items on their records for the tracking number. The company refunded us unexpectedly but then emailed us 3 days later to demand that we repay them or return the item which we have still have never had. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Reading the reviews on here I think we are lucky to get our money back. We ordered via Amazon.

This company should not be able to trade. They have messed me around so much and now the courier service they use have robbed me, I'm having to involve the police it's absolute shambles and the company have completely ignored me, let alone tried to help l

I have ordered from another company who use MCC as their supply on 2 previous occasions and have not had an issue. Recently I ordered 2 dining chairs, they were firstly delivered on time but in the wrong colour.
The RETURN/ REFUND process is TERRIBLE. Impossible to get an answer on the phone and no response to emails. I am owed £90 for the chairs that were collected December 2022 and they do not want to know. Similar to other reviews so I will be taking this further and will not use MCC or other related companies again.

Impossible to contact by phone.Paid end of November. Items not delivered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I always forget to check Trustpilot to get a review of a new company that I purchase from! To be honest, it appears that I have been very fortunate to receive my 4 tub chairs that I ordered (all in excellent condition) after reading all these reviews! For this reason, I will give them 3 stars but the reason I am writing this review and how I ended up checking Trustpilot is because I have attempted to get an invoice from them but to no avail. I have attempted to ring them - no answer, messaged on ebay - no reply and sent an email - no reply, all on numerous occasions. Therefore, not a 5* review as I don't think I'm going to get my invoice! I was going to purchase a table but I'm definitely not going to now!

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY - Read the other Reviews. Unfortunately, a zero rating is not possible. It would appear that they make a habit of not supplying the goods that have been purchased.
MCC supply goods through various supply chains, such as Amazon and Wayfair. We ordered a pop-up gazebo, with MCC Direct, which never arrived. After many conversations with MCC, in which they insisted that the goods had been sent to DHL, who never received them, we formally requested a full refund. At this time the communication stopped, and we notified them that they had 31 days to respond and refund. After still no response, we made a claim through the County Court system. It cost £35 to raise the claim, but this becomes part of the debt owed by the Defendant.
Within a week of the notice being served, we received a full refund, including the Court costs and interest.
Do not be scared of using the County Court system, as it is easy to use, with a simple on-line form to complete. The Court notify the Company of the details of the Judgment, and the date that the CCJ will be lodged. No Company wants to have CCJs against their name, so will refund in most cases.
Alternatively, always pay with systems such as PAYPAL where the value is below £100, as they will refund you, and chase the debt themselves. If over £100, pay by Credit Card for the same reason.

Orderded via Amazon. Expected as described a new item, Gazebo arrived clearly used and damaged. MCC refused to give a return label and address to send back. Multiple exchanges each time excuse after excuse, anything they could do to not give refund or allow the product to be returned. Amazon was fantastic and took over and ensured I got my money back. Please do not use MCC!

After ordering some dining chairs on what seemed a reputable company it turned out to be a complete nightmare.
I receive tracking information from the company to which I need to follow up with DHL with regards to the shipping.
After contacting DHL back and forth for almost a week it appeared the items had never actually been delivered for shipping. I tried to get in contact with the seller on a number of occasions and had no response whatsoever.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal and was able to raise a case which took a month to receive my money back. PayPal also did not hear from this seller which is completely appalling and just purely ignorant.

Had to report this company to trading standards ordered a gezebo on ebay which never got delivered despite the XPD delivery tracking saying it had as a result ebay refused to refund. Both MMC and XPD are impossible to contact phone lines always jammed and they do not respond to emails avoid at all costs! how this company is still trading god knows!! £130 out of pocket....

Absolutely terrible company to purchase from. They sell on Amazon and fob you off even when a product is within 12 months warranty. They are not interested in understanding how or what has happened, they have your money and that is enough for this rip off merchant. Strongly recommend that you don't use them for anything. Amazon appears to be an easy way for companies like this to hide there TrustPilot review status. In this instance we were just lucky no one was hurt. Unfortunately I cant upload photos here.

I ordered a gazebo from this company via e-Bay on 20 July with a delivery date of 21/22 July. By 6 August it had not arrived so I contacted the company to find out what was happening. After several days of waiting I got a reply apologising and saying the delivery company xPD had lost the package; I was offered a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement. I was then contacted by xPD saying they couldn't find the address (this has never happened with any other delivery company) and requesting I confirm the address. I did this on their dreadful website and also told MCC Trading. A delivery was arranged for 11 August but xPD claimed there was nobody in to receive the package; we were. Then on 16 August I received, without any warning, a message to say it would be delivered that afternoon; we were out taking relatives to the airport. When we returned home the package was by the back door. It was somewhat battered but the gazebo seems in good order.

Throughout I received very little support from MCC (their telephone seems permanently engaged) and, as mentioned above, communication with xPD is next to impossible. Their website is unusable. My advice is not to use either company.

Fast delivery, but gazebo came and all the legs was rusty so emailed straight away to ask for replacement, they asked for photos so I sent !! They don’t answer straight away they left me days waiting I had to keep emailing , then they replied saying they don’t answer emails out of hours !! I emailed at 3.05 pm so I screenshot and sent them it saying I emailed in working hours , I raised this complaint on the 19th July and I’m still waiting for my refund , they collected the gazebo on the 8th aug an still no refund !!! Iv raised a complaint with PayPal an there not much use either I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it was possible AVOID THIS COMPANY

I have just ordered a gazebo from this company and was really nervous after reading the reviews on TrustPilot. I’m relieved to say that the product was shipped the following day and arrived by DHL safely and within the hour time slot. I’ve just put the gazebo up and everything was there and fitted properly. I am very pleased with it and am very pleased with the service I have received from MCC Direct.

Bought a set of chairs fro them on Mano Mano twice. The first delivery was fine the second never arrived but the delivery company claimed the driver handed over the parcel to my wife in person. however when pressed the driver has now claimed that he actually spoke with the customer who was standing on the second floor while the driver was on the ground floor whi then told the customer that two chairs made of tin and fabric where too heavy to carry himself to which he claims the customer replied to leave them there as he would manage.

Couple of things here.
Obvious problem to say he is lying is that he has changed his story.
We have two kids one of which is one year old. My wife never leaves her alone and I was at work so who did he see and why did he leave the parcel without any evidence, signiture or photo. The delivery required a photo btw.

The driver clearly stollen the parcel and left us out of pocket.

I have been trying to contact MCC trading but non of their contact numbers work. Mano Mano claimed to not have contact numbers for the either but I say they are lying. I have raised a fraud claim with my bank to try and recover my money.

I cant possibly narrate all that went on. Ordered an item, XDP as courier despite not listing that on the purchase page,rather someone else more reliable,DPD.
It doesnt arrive. Weeks later chasing tail to try to get money back. No possibility to call they dont pick up. Courier charge you per minute to call them. They are probably the same eastern company.
AND to top it all, EBAY give them a 99.6% satisfaction score. How the blazes !!!!!
I am now having to go via EBAY to get refund and will in anycase now contact the police as this is a financial scam. So trading standards next, then EBAY.

These people are as honest as Boris 9 bob note Johnson, the guy who eats birthday cake, blows out candles, gets serenaded with Happy Birthday, drinks booze and wears a party hat to most of his business meetings and so puts it all on expenses.

Don't use this company. I am reporting them to trading standards
