brilliant customer service
Our school has been using the eReception system for a few years now and it has been a real game changer. This has not only sped up the processing of visitors and contractors to site but also supported our attendance monitoring.
The customer service team are brilliant and respond very quickly through the online chat support. (all without the usual annoying AI every other company seems to use.)

We have been using eReception for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their support team is always available and ready to assist whenever needed. A special thanks to Jodie for consistently resolving my issues and offering her unwavering support. Thanks to her, we successfully completed Phase 2 of the Global Dashboard without any hurdles. eReception has also been invaluable in managing daily check-ins and check-outs, as well as facilitating fire drills.

From the start of the process Media Base Direct staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to eReception. The system has proven to be a great hit with staff and visitors, streamlining the visitor experience and making the whole process more professional.

Fantastic service. Megan was soooo helpful! We had a problem and Megan explained extremely simply how to rectify. Once I ran into another issue a few days later Megan called me and helped talk me through how to fix this issue. Our E-Reception is now up and running and I can't thank Megan enough!!

Avoid the new Dashboard!
Just upgraded to the new dashboard on E-reception and it has prevented staff for signing in using the App.
It doesn't appear to be an update but a new app. Staff have struggled to get the app to install and their are issues around resetting passwords.
End users feedback is generally around this ".....tried using the temp password on the new app and it said there was an issue"
Having to speak to staff to guide the unistalling the old verison and setting them up from a fresh - lots of work for 100+ staff
5 - Stare System for Reception Management
I am truly delighted with the e-reception system. In the past, we used to manually sign in our visitors and contractors, which also included their induction process. However, since the installation of the e-reception system, my team now has ample time to warmly welcome guests and provide additional assistance to anyone in the lobby who needs it.
Our guest experience has significantly improved, as most find the sign-in process to be more straightforward and less of a hassle. An added advantage is the GDPR compliance, which we can easily maintain by ensuring that no one can view another person’s record. Considering the benefits and the nominal fee, I would rate this service a solid 5-star.
