The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and informed me that he had been doing this for as long as he's been working. That really helped me trust him a bit more. I had already spoken with medicare.Gov and the medicare phone number several times and was just confused and frustrated after that encounter. The agent I spoke with through you guys really helped me feel a lot better about the choice I finally made. He took his time with me and didn't rush anything. I was able to give him my requirements for a plan, and he helped me find something that covered them all. The other ways I'd previously tried to find a plan claimed on and off that they could or couldn't help me find something including dental. Not only was he able to find me a plan that included dental, he found me one that had the least copays for what I will need to have done.
