I was greatly informed about my plan

Daniel Sorenson provided misleading information to me when initially signing up for the Wellcare Plan in 2025. Thinking I was paying for monthly health coverage for $38.00, dental coverage for $15.71 and vision coverage for $14.00, these fees were going towards an Aetna - cancer, heart attack/stroke plan which was NOT thoroughly explained at the time. I am out hundreds of dollars for an insurance coverage I did not need. His only recourse to me was that, "maybe I didn't understand all the information provided at the time"? Really? It appears that young Daniel is not looking out for every Seniors best interest. I am disappointed.

My agent explained everything well and clearly

Very friendly and helpful people to deal with

The customer service agent, Matt Mensching, helped us immensely. He took his time and was very patient in seeing that, especially the plan my wife had chosen, is not meeting her needs (which we had already begun to discover prior to the call trying to fill her meds). He explained everything so well that I remarked to my wife after the call ended, that, although she had been disabled and on Medicare since 2003, I feel like I have a much better understanding of Medicare, dual eligiblility and extra help after speaking with him. Besides explaining and recommending a Medicare plan and finding one so we could both be on the same plan. I had mentioned to him that I had applied for medicaid, but had not heard anything in over a month. He said he did not see any such application in the system. He helped us complete that and apply for extra help. I highly recommend them, especially if all agents are as patient and knowledgeable as Matt.

My Agent was very calm with me & yet very detailed in her questions and answers. She led me in my decision about a Plan that I was interested in, while still mentioning other plans as well. By the end of the conversation, I had a Plan and was very pleased.

Sharon was my case worker. She was patient and kind to me. I'd recommend their services to anyone.
