Everything was good except it took 4 different days before I actually got to the insurance part. Either people hung up on me after I was asked about plan A and plan B. Which I didn't understand why.

It was the 1st one that popped up when I googled. From the start, to the finish, Robert did an awesome job helping me. He went over everything the Humana Gold Plus covered. The plan that I was on termed out due to not getting a form filled out in time that wasnt in my control. I am diebetic type 2. I have severe PTSD from the military. Robert made sure I was taken care of and I couldn't have asked for more than what he did.

I had a very frustrating experience calling Medicare multiple times and couldn't resolve my issues; I still haven't received my insurance card or any emails, and my plan was suspended. Then I connected with Cindy Brommers. She is a true professional who understood my situation, especially that I am not fluent in English. Cindy spoke slowly, clearly, and repeated information, helping me choose and sign a plan. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend her!

being new to Medicare, I was beyond confused with all the options and frankly, I felt like I was in over my head. My agent addressed all of my concerns and explained the different plans available and the benefits associated with each in a clear and precise manner.
