The worst experience EVER! I canceled my order March of 2026, however they continually charge me. I have emailed them, with no response. I called their phone line; the voicemail system is "Not set up". I went to their website, and I could not access my account to cancel as their system rejects my email address. It is SUCH a cluster! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PRODUCT!!!! SCAM!

Cannot call the company. They do not cancel through email though they claim You can. Their phone # is false. You cannot cancel online not can you cancel your payment type. They’ve got me for the last 3 months on autoship i cannot get out if it.

This company is very disappointing, their products doesn't work I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over 3 months online,& by emailing, no response yet im still be charged for a product I don't want or use, The way this company do business and treat customers is very heartbreaking.

I would give ZERO but then couldn't post. I have cancelled this sub 3 months in a row and still getting charged and product that doesn't work. There is no on line chat or number to call. You can't edit to cancel skip etc without emailing them which you do and then still get charged the next month. I will need to cancel my credit card which I think is the only option left which as you know SUCKS. No customer support or number to call no email returns how the heck can this still be operating!! I am now out about $150 so far. This is the worst company and no support or contact.

I purchased calming chews for my dogs as a subscription. When it became apparent that they were not making any bit of difference in my dog’s behavior, I reached out to the company to cancel. I have sent 8 emails requesting the subscription be stopped without a response. I have received 4 shipments of a product I do not want or use costing approximately $200. In my opinion Medipups has stolen that money from my account as I repeatedly contacted them to stop and telling them specifically that I did not authorized any additional charges. I just got off the phone with my back to file a fraudulent charge claim and cancelled the card because I felt like I was left with no other options. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Tried to cancel "unsolicited" subscription several times. Tried sending emails and contacting Medipups via phone to no avail.
So far, I am out $166.00 and counting.
I will be contacting the FCC to report fraudulent business practices immediately.

Medipups is not returning calls or emails sent to cancel my subscriptions. I have made numerous calls (voicemail) and numerous emails trying to cancel these two subscriptions.

Do not sign up for the subscription. They do not let you cancel online and it makes you send an email but nobody responds. I have sent 4 emails 2 to skip a shipment and 2 to cancel and never received a response back. They better not send me a new shipment nor charge my card for a renewal on 2/16. Stay away from this company or you will probably be locked in for life.

Lucky struggled badly with separation anxiety when I left for work. I tried everything with no success until my friend Roberto recommended a calming chew. It worked amazingly—no more messes or stress. I’ve ordered multiple times without any issues. Big thanks to Medipups!

They make it virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone in the company via phone and email to cancel your subscription. I’ve sent 5 emails over the past month and I’m still getting shipments. DO NOT BUY
Cannot cancel subscription
Would give a zero star if possible. Only route for cancellation is via email that, so far, has gone unnoticed. I'm not able to remove my cc information so I've gotten a second auto shipment charged to my account. Will update this if I ever get a response.
Hands down best calming app
First, I have 2 large older dogs. Both with hip pain and clicking. One is crazy German Shepherd and the other is a cow herder that leaps over a fence like he can fly. I get both the calming treats and joint pain. They both work well and with all haste. They take the treats without having to hide them. I recommend to all my friends! Works fantastic!

I have contacted three times about canceling and returning for refund because they made my dog have upset stomach and loose bowels. Notified another order has been shipped. All customer service does is apologize that they never responded earlier without addressing cancelation and return/refund question. I will never order any of their products again. You cannot get a phone number to call them directly. Poor customer service.
