Medisupplies found via a Google search
I found Medisupplies via a Google search. They were local to where I lived although when I looked at their website it did look I could just turn up and bug things over the counter.
I followed the Google map but it took me to an incorrect location - this needs fixed by the web owners.
Despite that, the staff I encountered from the sales team were all lovely & helpful. Came and sat with me, keyed my order, went to the warehouse to speed up the picking and within a few minutes brought the items to me at reception.
I now know as can order online or by phone and orders are ready for collection after 2 hours of placing an order or can be posted for a cost.
Wound be helpful if the website made it clearer about just turning up on the spur of the moment (like you would if it were a shop) and that Medisupplies are part of a group name so when you park at the office location, Medisuppkies does not appear on the name plates but the group name does.
Overall though very pleased with how staff handled the situation and personal the service was.
Will definitely buy from them again.

Awful delivery - too much delivery charges
Well, the product was exactly what I wanted. The delivery cost was too much and the delivery company driver was rude (dhl) in his words he said report me and drove off leaving the parcel. I am paying so much for the delivery and do not like being insulted. The delivery charges should be at the front and not at checkout.
I will not purchase again and find another company who provides respectful and prompt service.
