We appreciate your feedback regarding our shipping costs for smaller orders. We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the cost of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders has significantly increased, alongside a large increase in the cost of the goods themselves over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates. We are always evaluating our shipping options to provide the best value for our customers.

One of the bottles had leaked slightly even though they were well packed. The 3 bottles were in a plastic back which minimised the leakage. I didn't report it as it was n big problem.

Medisupplies found via a Google search
I found Medisupplies via a Google search. They were local to where I lived although when I looked at their website it did look I could just turn up and bug things over the counter.
I followed the Google map but it took me to an incorrect location - this needs fixed by the web owners.
Despite that, the staff I encountered from the sales team were all lovely & helpful. Came and sat with me, keyed my order, went to the warehouse to speed up the picking and within a few minutes brought the items to me at reception.
I now know as can order online or by phone and orders are ready for collection after 2 hours of placing an order or can be posted for a cost.
Wound be helpful if the website made it clearer about just turning up on the spur of the moment (like you would if it were a shop) and that Medisupplies are part of a group name so when you park at the office location, Medisuppkies does not appear on the name plates but the group name does.
Overall though very pleased with how staff handled the situation and personal the service was.
Will definitely buy from them again.
