We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the couch roll's thickness didn't meet your expectations and that the delivery cost was not ideal. We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the costs of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders have increased significantly, alongside a large rise in the cost of goods over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates.

Normally order 12 pack centrefeed rolls and pay reasonable delivery charge. Now when I order same item, the only delivery option is for £7.95 next day delivery. Talk about looking after your regular clients !

Orders over £30.00 will continue to receive our standard lower delivery charge, and free delivery for orders over £50.00.
