Such brilliant customer service thank you! I bought a strap for my Apple Watch from Megamac, and through some of my own idiocy I had issues installing it. The team helped me and then sent out some replacement lugs free of charge to repair one that failed. Thank you!

Good range of products and great to see OWC gear available in UK. Very helpful and responsive online chat and email support.
I'd have liked a phone number too, but that’s no longer available.
Unfortunately, the product I bought wasn't right for me but Zuzannah there was very helpful with my return and credit.
I would have liked the option to choose an insured return label, but that’s not offered. Returned items are sent at customer risk when using Megamac's label, be aware of that.

Had to wait until item was in stock but purchase went very smoothly with no problem.

I purchased an OWC ThunderFlex 8 a few years back now, it was an open box version (reduced because someone had sent it back) and within weeks the fan had packed in on it. Contacted MegaMac right away, the next day a courier was there to collect the old one and the day after that a brand new one was delivered to me. Exceptional service, anything else I've purchased has always been bang on and being a Mac user they have some good deals. Recommended!

I’ve been extremely pleased with MegaMac. I’m able to order accessories for Apple products which aren’t usually easily available in the UK. They have a great selection of high quality accessories. My orders have been seamless and delivered on time.

While the new site redesign is fine, the lack of Mac upgrade and replacement parts is rather shocking. MegaMac was once THE go-to place for Mac upgrade & replacement parts in the UK, however it seems it recent times you have chosen to completely abandon legacy Mac users all together. This is a crying shame, as countless professional creative studios (such as the one I work in) still heavily rely on older Macs and legacy software - due to cost, & more importantly compatibility reasons. MegaMac has become an iPhone accessory store, and no longer caters to "MAC" users in its name sake. A real shame.

I have used this supplier a couple of times for Mac accessories (internal and external). On both occasions the customer support was excellent. Highly recommended.

MegaMac are my go to every year for the latest Nomad iPhone case. This year I ordered the wrong size and nothing was too much trouble to get it exchanged. Great communication from a great company. Will continue to use again and again.

Megamac is one of the few suppliers that stocks a good range of accessories for Apple Mac devices. I previously bought some OWC gear from them, and that went all smoothly. When one of these items had an issue, I then had to contact the manufacturer, who resolved it nicely.

Fantastic company. They often stock those brilliant little accessories which are normally in the USA and have ridiculous postage costs. Loads of Nomad products too at decent prices.

I've bought a number of accessories for my Macs from MegaMac, partly because they're the UK stockist for OWC, a company in the USA that make really useful add-ons for the Mac. On one of my first purchases, I failed to check that what I'd ordered was actually the correct item, and I needed to swap it for the correct one. This was handles speedily and courteously, with absolutely no problems. SInce then, they've been my go-to company for the items that I need for my work. Very highly recommended, both for service and the items they stock.
