Received my wall unit and loved it so much I ordered another Great service

Lovely bedside cabinets. Great customer service and fast delivery. After I had put the first one together it was easy but I wouldn’t want to have to put a large piece of furniture together.

Ordered a full length mirror absolutely beautiful. Came within days of ordering,so very good service and well packaged and arrived safely.
Melody Maison have beautiful products at very competitive prices.
Would definitely recommend.

Product arrived super fast ,Theres was a small issue ,which was quickly sorted over the phone by a lovely lady,have bought from here before,and ,would do so again.

We're very happy with the product we ordered, however...... the 'shipping insurance' is an utter con and leaves a sour taste. Whilst it is optional, the suggestion is, that if you don't pay it, you'll have a fight on your hands if something goes wrong.

Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the legal responsibility and risk for goods remain entirely with the trader until they come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person nominated by them (such as a neighbor). This means a retailer cannot pass the cost or risk of shipping onto you via "shipping insurance." If an item is lost, stolen in transit, or arrives damaged, it is legally the company’s responsibility to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund

I will certainly think again before ordering as I know I've been ripped off. Which is a shame as the product itself is lovely.

I had ordered from Melody Maison before when they were a lot smaller company and was impressed with their service. However, this time I was disappointed with the overall experience which is such a shame. I ordered a couple of products from the Ashwell range. Delivery was through APC Courier, the whole order did not arrive on the stated day that I had paid for. Upon inspection of the goods, the Ashwell range is a veneer and from a distance looks lovely but close up appears cheaply made and the dressing table stool was a completely different colour than shown on the website, a dark mushroom grey rather than beige. What let the company down most was the communication experience. Upon deciding to return both items, which to be fair was no quibble it took forever for the company to answer simple emails, 2-3 days to get a response. Although the administration team seemed lovely in their responses the time taken to acknowledge emails and return the items is not acceptable. I will state that a full refund has been given and they organised APC to pick up the furniture so they were true to their word in their return policy.

The cupboard looks very nice but the way it was delivered was not great. When we opened the pack, the glass door came out and it made scratch on the wooden frame. The quality is not so good but I appreciate the design.

Beautiful, stunning piece. What my daughter and nieces call the perfect selfie mirror lol. Arrived very well packed and the courier brought it inside my house. I have it leaned against the wall, on the landing just outside my bedroom where there is plenty of room. Nowhere else for it to go, but wasn’t going to let that stop me buying it. Perfect.

Quick and smooth delivery process, items arrived in perfect condition, look lovely once assembled.

I ordered a large plant pot. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, they sent me the wrong item, and it was very badly damaged. I hope they'll give me a refund. It's such a hassle to return it when they couldn't even send me the right product, in a good condition, I'm the specified timeframe. Won't be buying from them again.

Website was very easy to order from. Delivery was on time and handled carefully. I purchase a set of fluted black drawers which were very easy to put together resulting in a sturdy, heavy and classy piece of furniture.
