Loved the bedside tables
Loved the bedside tables. Looks beautiful in the bedroom and just takes 10 minutes to put the handles and legs to the drawers.

Beautiful furniture, amazing customer service
I ordered 3 pieces of furniture and they were perfect, the delivery time was quick and efficient. However I wanted to switch the colour I got in the end. I emailed and got a prompt response arranging to get the new colour delivered and the one I got to be sent back. The new one arrived in the same perfect condition and I got a full refund for the previous one. The furniture is well made, sturdy and beautiful. Could not recommend Melody Maison enough!!

Good Price, Prompt Delivery.
Good price for beside cabinets. Matched existing furniture, although they give free returns if not suitable. Lovely selection of furniture and other items.

The first item had a fault
The first item had a fault. It was replaced immediately FOC. However the second item received also had a fault, I decided to keep it anyway as it was not as noticeable as the last one. I would say that although the service was brilliant, the products do require more quality control.

Great service and quality product
Our cupboards were delivered at the time stated and were of really good quality. After building the first one, it was easy to build the second. They’re attractive and solid. We’re very pleased them.

Quality control lacking as several bits of damage on both bedside tables. Found that the holes for the long screws were not drilled through to complete assembly. Fortunately we were able to drill them out.
Will not be buying from Melody Maison again.

Lovely products. I had to wait a while for my garden bench. Could do a bit more than 10% off sale then you would sell more.

Found Melody Maison by chance when I…
Found Melody Maison by chance when I was surfing the net. I found a lovely set of drawers in the colour I wanted. Obviously I did some research first on the company as never used or heard of them before. I can happily say I am over the moon. The set of drawers are perfect. Delivery was quick, I would say though the order was split in two and came separately which I didn't understand. On that note, all parts arrived and and put together. Over the moon, the quality it good. Would definitely recommend and be using them again in the future.
