Art Deco Style Mirror
Mirror is beautiful and looks exactly as advertised. Product was well packaged and delivered in the correct timeframe.
Only downside was the courier company for which I gave a separate review.

Ok but smaller than expected
Though checking out the dimensions before purchase, the furniture was smaller than what we had expected. The drawers are quite small so we can’t fit much in there. The photos make them seem bigger and the wording of ‘large’ we wouldn’t say is accurate. Otherwise, the design is nice, sturdier than some furniture.

Delayed delivery & Quality of product
Delivery was delayed by courier, despite me selecting a chosen day, product was not of the quality of which i expected it to be given the premium price of it, and it was difficult to align to drawers to the runners due to said quality, being a time served carpenter, i would of not expected this to be as challenging, so if i struggled, others will certainly struggle.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your order, and particularly that the delivery did not arrive on your chosen day.
I have looked into the delivery and can see that the courier held the parcel at their depot, which unfortunately meant your chosen delivery day was not met. I have refunded the day-of-choice delivery fee for you.
I am also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of the product and found aligning the drawers with the runners more difficult than expected and certainly appreciate your comments, particularly given your experience as a time-served carpenter, and I can understand why this was frustrating.
This is a relatively new range that we launched in June and it has proved very popular. We haven’t had any previous returns relating to the issues you’ve described, but that doesn’t make your experience any less disappointing, and I will certainly share your feedback with our team.
