Happy customer.

Website is lovely. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. All good 😊

Looked on line for a round gold mirror. This site came up I ordered though I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had never heard of the company. It was absolutely gorgeous and very good price. Highly recommend

Easy to order, fast delivery, well packaged and absolutely gorgeous mirror.

Prompt, customer service 100% and resolved the issue we had to satisfaction.

I was expecting a basic regular sized bedside table. To my surprise I received huge pieces already assembled....yes you heard me right. To top it off it a quality piece that really upgraded my bedroom.
Definitely I'm on my way to get more pieces
Thanks you a loads.

Delivered on time, packaged well, robust, easy to put together. Looks lovely & admired by friends.

Dreadful delivery service. Third party pallet delivery service was absolutely awful. They left the pallet on the road! Kirbside delivery apparently but actually illegal!!
The driver was obnoxious and extremely arrogant and unhelpful.
In addition the pallet consisted of tons of empty boxes from Melody Maison posing as protection! I think not - its a great way for them not to have to dispose of boxes themselves and a much cheaper option !!!
Never again - no more orders from me!! Terrible……

Love the designs and the variety of products not just the designs , but the colour ways as well. Absolutely adore the fact that you can buy the handles separately to change things up to bespoke and personalise , what could be a standard stock item.
The delivery was seamless and speedy.
However, the only little observation
was the website did not detail , just how flat pack furniture that I bought was!
I did have to pay for a handyman to come and put together my furniture for me.
However, absolutely loving my new bedroom furniture that I bought. It's been many years in the waiting.xx

Quite surprised by the quality of the coffee table I purchased from Melody Maison, and also at a great discount price took me 15 minutes to put together very nice indeed

I was looking for a different white mirror for a new dressing table. My daughter had purchased a Melody Maison mirror for her daughter and this inspired me to look at the range. I am truly delighted with my purchase. It is well made, looks good and the price was excellent. Also, coming ready assembled was such a bonus for me. Thank you

well packaged and looks great on the wall.

The beautiful mirror I ordered arrived on time and incredibly well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. I highly recommend.

Great service, communications and customer services (I made an error with the delivery address and they were amazing at helping me resolve it), the mirror is beautiful, and looks amazing in my cloakroom. Great price to.

I ordered this hoping it was as good as it looked but it was far nicer and I really love it. Delivery very quick and couldn’t fault them. So I would recommend this firm and hope to buy from them again.

Lovely cupboard - as lovely as I hoped it would be. Fast delivery.

Product was accurately described. Great price and quick efficient service. Well packed and highly satisfied with the purchase.

A beautiful mirror. Just what I wanted and at a third of the cost of a well known Kitchen/bedroom company. The mirror was very well packed and only took a couple of days to arrive. All round positive experience and highly recommend. Thank you.

A first class company. Recently purchased a mirror, lovely quality, it exceeded expectations. Had a problem due to my mistake and customer services sorted that out for me . Will definitely be ordering from this company again.
